Delicious, Soft and Chewy Gingersnap/Gingernut Cookies | Quick and Easy Recipe

Delicious, soft and chewy gingersnaps/gingernuts. Very quick and easy recipe! You'll definitely love it!
Ingredients:
112g butter
100g sugar
1/2 cup (125ml) golden syrup
245g flour
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda, sifted
a pinch of salt
Bake in the oven 160C/325F fanbake for about 12 - 13 min. If you like thin and crispy cookies just make them flat and bake for about 10 - 12 min.
