are you saying for angelfish fry dont run sponge filter at all for a month my were free swimming and they all died they were only 4-5 days old, only use side sponge filter, and as per water changes how often to do with new fry
Quick question. Do your fry develop a gooey substance and start getting stuck to each other? It happens a lot to me to be away for several hours and when I get home they are all stuck in some kind of transparent or yellowish jelly. I always need to stirr them a bit and remove the excess goo without killing them, or else they end up dead :/ it's driving me crazy
Ricardo Real When my fry are wigglers they stick together and every once and a while one or two will get a bunch of stuff stuck to them, I usually use a pipette to remove it. However ur problem sounds much worse, have you tried adding some methalyn blue? It helps to avoid any fungus.
Actually if ur angelfish pair takes care of ur fry ..let them do it in a separate tank ....you will be amazed how good of a parents they are. They literally move fry from place to place and keep them healthy without all these substances growing on them
Yes but I’m just seeing that I have baby angel fish in my tank. After almost wanted to give away these to Angels because they killed my other two angels. I’m just now seeing it because there’s babies. So I can’t take them out of the tank because they’re on top of my house
Hi I have a question do I need to take the rocks out of my tank?
