I'm a man, but I have self-esteem issues and have learned quite a bit from your videos. (I can't think of what to say in public situations, etc.) I found this video about "know yourself" extremely valuable. Thank you. (The videos I've seen aimed at men push being some sort of fake "alpha" male--seemingly by being an arrogant ass.)
My grandmother, raised during the Edwardian era and a debutante in Montreal in the 1910's, would have made one distinction--you speak about "elegant women". My grandmother would call you, and the pupils who follow your advise, "Ladies".

I honestly thought this would be a video on physical appearance etc. but I am absolutely grateful that it was the opposite because that brought me back to reality to what truly matters is character and moral and little to nothing of the physical.

I undervalued myself a lot for ages as I really am😭 I feel now is my time to be treated with high self respect more than anything💯 I need definately my fully happiness back I deserves it trillion % Enough of underestimating, disrespect, ignorance behaviors of others am done Enough !!!!!!!! I just discovered your Channel today. How refreshing to see a poised and beautiful young woman that does not race talk, and fling your hands and arms in the air when you talk! So many of the young influencers do. A video I would like to see you make is how to handle rude questions when you are just meeting someone. This always seems to be my situation with people asking so many personal questions that I am not comfortable answering. Although I love to meet new people, I am a very private where do you work, what do you do , who do you know questions always make me uncomfortable.

There is nothing wrong with owning your past and moving on. Everyone makes mistakes and if you are actively trying to be better there is no shame in it. Owning your past also frees you up as you aren't always trying to hide it. Don't brag about what you came from, but don't be so scared of it, it's part of who we are.

An important key to having self-worth is to NOT manipulate anything. Manipulating by altering yourself to fit others to alter their perception of you speaks to not being enough. Or not loving yourself enough in your authenticity to get what you want in any situation. You dont need to manipulate because everything that is due to you is yours when you are inhabiting your authentic self fully

Throughout the years, I believe I have focused too much on what others think of me with out taking in consideration how valuable I am to myself and to others. I really love how you mentioned, " self love is NOT a selfish act". I was raised to put others before myself and to do all I can to serve others. As an adult, I have suffered because I am recently over the last few years discovering who I am and my purpose on earth. This was so good,I recently started couslnselling and one issue my counsellor was quick to detect is my low self value. It hurt me to realise that I still have low self value since I had embarked on a journey of self love a while back. Regardless, I chose to take it positively and I am now very intentional on my journey of embracing my self value. I am learning as much as I can and typing down the notes I have gathered.This was so helpful and I am really encouraged that I can also reach the level of self worth that you have acquired. Thank you.
