Go it to flip 180...need to rotate in the Modify Faces,Texture setup after inputting the image file.....just below that is an area to allow the image to be scales and rotated...BINGO
This trick allowed me to make some beautiful parts in solid edge. But if I try to make an assembly with these parts, the picture disappears. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Dennis, when I create an assembly all the textures are visible. Maybe you could check the Assembly, Views, View Overrides function and make sure the Textures box is ticked?
Dennis Van Den Bosch I have the same issue but i cant find the texture box to check, could you tell me where it would be? im using ST8 at the moment and help is much needed. EDIT: i actually found the textures box but it is checked. When i go into Assembly the blue surf disappears all together..
Thanks for the video! :)
I can not find the options of FORMAT in Solid Edge ST10. does any on know, whether the option is been removed?

The "part painter" image keeps coming in 180 degrees out .. even if I flipped the source jpg file 180 degrees...overall a great trick
