It's funny Chris brought up Amoeba Music because when I was in San Francisco this past November, I bought The Black Crowes' 2002 live album on CD from Amoeba Music. Fantastic live album! I can't wait for 'Happiness Bastards'!

I dont recall that the Crowes being multi millionaires after Shake Your Money Maker and especially in their solo careers. A money grab would seem like those bands still trying to do it but no longer have. The Robinson brothers still have alot of talent and creativity to share and I'm glad they do. Hahaha that's why all bands get back together? How about they loved the music they created together? How about brothers patching things up because their mother would love to have their boys not fighting. Going off someones book and disliking them because someone convinced you to is pure ignorance. The brothers talked shit about each other for 10 years and insisted they would never get back together. Neal Casal died; CRB had to disband and lo and behold, the Crowes are back together. The salt in the wound is they re-formed without the other Crowes. C’mon.
@@adamsabella3263 What’s funny is back in, I believe 2014/15, when they announced they were breaking up, Rich put out a statement saying Chris wants the lions share of revenue going forward. That he also wanted Rich and Steve Gorman to give up their share of the Black Crowes corporation (it was an equal 3 way split). Rich said that he would not agree to those terms, nor would he ask their drummer of 25 years to do so either. Fast forward to their current reunion, Steve was not asked to take part, and in interviews, Rich now claims that Steve was a very divisive person when he was in the band.
Pretty sad state of music when the robinson brothers getting back together (cash grab) is a 'big deal'. Wouldnt listen to their turd of an album if it was given to me
