I just checked and unfortunately it’s D2 but for some reason I thought it was 440c. It is however one of the smoothest budget knives I’ve gotten in a really long time. That said the Thumbstuds are slick and the front flipper jimping isn’t that grippy 👍🍻🍻

It’s an American company that uses a Chinese OEM. I just unboxed it today so the review won’t go up till I’ve had the time to test it and carry it for a while 👍🍻🍻
Nice specimen, never heard of this company tho. I'm not a front flipper guy, and I'm not TOO impressed with D2. Perhaps, I need to find a company that can treat D2 in a superior manner. However, I DO like extra deep carry, and drop point blades.
What kind of blade steel is it? Where is it made? Are you guys ever going to stop promoting cheap Chinese knives.. support your country and buy american-made products

I really liked the kumpanter until I sliced my thumb on the blade with the knife closed. The blade is too close to the open back.

I guess, I prefer a deep Carry however I find when they go that deep it makes it a little harder to get a good grip to pull it out the pocket
