I absolutely love that you are so real about goals and how those relate to mental health. It's very meaningful to a lot of people to hear things like: hey, if your goal for this week is to just do basic care tasks that's perfectly ok and that can be tracked just like everything else. I've certainly had periods of time when that was where I was mentally and it's great to sometimes be reminded that it's ok. I think a lot of planning influencers try way too hard to appear overly busy, because that's seen as valuable, and an unfortunate side effect of that is it makes them quite unrelatable to many. Your approach to this all is very refreshing and well done on showing us the realness. 💜
This is such a sweet comment and I really appreciate you saying so ♥️ With mental health being a struggle I unfortunately couldn't fake business even if I wanted to 😂 But anyways, appreciate your comment and I'm glad you are getting this out of my content ☺️
I track the time I take meds (supposed to be 9am &pm), steps (# & mile fraction), meals, bedtime, sleep time (REM, deep, & core), bathroom breaks, and when I have coffee or caffeine. My watch helps. I retired from my nonprofit boards in 2020 so no meetings. Now writing & genealogy. Using Franklin 2pg/day & weekly Happy Planner (but prefer vertical weekly)
Unfortunately I don't have it off where I work! Though I do love it's getting recognition as a federal holiday, and I know students are getting it off school and stuff. But this is a great idea for those whose workplaces honor it!
I love planning quarterly - I use Sarra Cannon's HB90 system for my quarterly review'n'plan, then write out the bits I need to refer to regularly in my main planner. Currently in a Wonderland222, but I have an undated Sterling Ink set aside for 2024 😀

I, in fact, keep separate my study/work agenda from my journals. I'd feel weird having them all together in the same space. I might try it when I have the chance (aka I get a notebook/diary that can work either way). Just out of curiosity.
I usually manage to not use certain spreads anymore at the start of spring, so thank you for this! It so often feels like everyone but me consistently uses all the things all the time! I do hear you say that you use an app on your phone to track things like your periods. As you are located in the US, please be careful using apps that might be obligated to share that information. Especially since certain things that can be part of life as a woman are now illegal in parts of your country.
Just found your channel and absolutely appreciate the tarot and moon cycle call outs~ def gives me good ideas for what to incorporate into my own planners. Subscribed!
Love this video! I took notes and will definitely be incorporating a quarterly review/reset. Going to give this a try with Q2. There’s still half of April left 🙂. I’ve been thinking of ways to use the quarterly section and you’ve for sure inspired me.
I actually just use a circle stencil (the one on the little green hobonichi one) and then draw in the phase by myself! EDIT: I realize I dont link the Hobonichi ruler in the description! It's here: www.jetpens.com/Hobonichi-Accessory-Stencil-Basic/pd/22088
First video I’ve found from you and I’m really enjoying how you set up your systems! I’m in the process of revamping all of my planning routines and systems - which is how I’ve found your videos. You have yourself a new subscriber! Also - with planning around your period, Rachael Stephen does that with her older bullet journal videos. I definitely recommend checking some of her videos out.
love this! I find seeing the whole process of planning really helps me not only body double but to come at my own journal from a realistic point of view. and I was wondering if you had any resources for learning about and tracking menses ✨ ? if not no worries, just fishing for book recs! oh and about the dailies/commonplacing/tarot; I did wanna say that Sterling Ink sells blank notebooks (though sorry if you knew that) that could be supplemental if you run out of space but want matching paper. EDIT: I just know I will neglect my planning needs out of fear of running out of space, so having a backup plan might soothe that if you have a similar problem.
Thank you Murphy! I don't have any recs right now, because I just started. If I come across any and make another update in a video I'll shout them out - or other commenters feel free to let us know down below!!!
I think I might try doing a quarterly plan and/or reset as I am already so burnt out on this year. This might help me with this. [because I feel like this is how I was last year as well, same time] April is already mostly over, but I can at least do something for the remainder of this second quarter! ^^
I really like this system 🙂 Should give it a try. Have fun with Tears of the Kingdom (BOTW 2), I won't have time to try that until my oldest son beat it I suppose 😅
thank you for the Tears of the Kingdom well wishes!!! I'm planning on playing it literally all weekend hah. Let me know if you try the system and what works!
Using a common place book! Sort of like a book that is where you record notes, quotes, etc. throughout your day. There are lots of people on the internet better equipped to explain it than me (like, people who actually do it, lol), give it a quick google search and you'll find more info :)

I have probs with depression. Moved in with son a long ways from friends. Will start tracking my moods. I really love your videos. So many new ideas!
Thank you for sharing 🩵 tracking moods is a great way to start to notice how you’re feeling. Wishing you luck!!
If you’re in the US, Juneteenth is a federal holiday now. You could do your Solstice observances then, if you don’t have the PTO to take another day.
Unfortunately I don't have it off where I work! Though I do love it's getting recognition as a federal holiday, and I know students are getting it off school and stuff. But this is a great idea for those whose workplaces honor it!
Thank you for the reminder.

Thank you for the reminder Jantine! I've vetted my app that I use pretty thoroughly. I appreciate the concern and reminder though :)

YAY i'm so glad
Yes! I needed this video! Excited to see the next one!!
Super useful! I've been waffling on how to use the quartly pages and I love the idea of including accomplishments, too. Thanks for that reminder
I definitely got some value out of this video. I am going to incorporate the quarterly review, that’s a great idea!
So glad it was helpful for you Sherry!!
Have a link for your moon cycle stencil, by chance? Thanks for the thoughtful video!

Heck yes! The quarter has barely begun even if the month is half over. This is why I like quarterly planning so far :)
What size common planner are you using, i love how this looks
It's B6!
I really like this system 🙂 Should give it a try. Have fun with Tears of the Kingdom (BOTW 2), I won't have time to try that until my oldest son beat it I suppose 😅

I'm totally not a make up girlie but you look amazing
oh my gosh thank you because I was like, is it a bit much??
What’s common-placing?
