Silo Sunset was a map on the MEME expansion of Metal Gear Online, remember how annoying that was to buy?
It was based on the Silo Entrance from Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops.
It later made a reappearance in the online mode for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, this time renamed as "Silo Entrance" after the name of the map in Portable Ops.
