Riadens gameplay looks horrible but the fact he can use his sword at all makes this drastically better than mgs5 raiden. Revengeance is a lame game honestly. Think some aspects of it are cool. But overall its very dissapointing. Seems like it was designed for some crazy kid who was obsessed with dmc3 and had very bad taste in gaming overall. Id like to see the original plan for mgs rising happen. They could potentially remake mgs1 and use the intended plan for mgs rising mechanics on Cyborg Ninja, having him be apart of the game. But that completely depends on if they actually get mgs delta right, the remake of mgs3 snake eater. I dont think they will get that game right But they could if they take notes from mgs4 but improve everything + focus on it feeling like a next generation game. It definitely could reboot the series successfully cutting out all the trash/lore breaking they inserted with mgs2 and mgs5. After a highly successful remake of snake eater they can do mgs1 right, THEN do the mgs rising they showed us but better and take the very few things they did right with that trash game Revengeance and make rising the great physics based game it was supposed to be. Then maybe remake mgs5 with these improvements, adding raiden from the end of rising as playable character who is actually worth unlocking due to actually having great gameplay as where mgs5 has a "im so dissapointed about this lame raiden unlock im uninstalling this game" and introduce him with some type of accidental time travel. Explain that with a attempt to teleport objects from one location to another, raiden maybe gets teleported at the end of rising as his enemy is losing and the base in mgs5 "outer heaven" was experimenting with this tech so boom being that these teleporters are interlocked quantum points its not a reliable method of travel bc they can randomly teleport objects to any quantum locked pad point or something. See? Konami you should hire me to ensure your game is the greatness it deserves to be. Instead of people talking down on raiden everyone would adore his character, id either remove his lame heels or just make a second female character with them and boom fan service = $$$$ = happy development team and happy gamers.
but still just like that one girl but unlike her i played ded by throwing a grenade next to a wall and getting close enough to were it didn't hurt me to much but still made me look like i was dead and it was preaty fun pretending that i was dead and then after a enemy pases me i shoot them right in the head yea fun!
Raiden should've been a playable character in the story of MGS4.
Agreed, but more importantly, he deserves MG Rising 2.
