Crazy motivation!! I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I got a diet plan from Next Level Diet and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 120 lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath.
