I started in the fitness industry when I was only 18 years old, and I knew that it was where I belonged. I had always been into fitness and enjoyed being active through my whole childhood. I was involved in Martial Arts, Wrestling and Football throughout high school and was generally a very physical person. I have been in the field for 26+ years and plan to stay here for many more. While I always enjoyed my work and was successful with it, I was not as passionate then as I am now. The passion didn’t come until much later. 3 month ago I had an accident, spinal fracture in my tibia. Did exercise last month and I told myself, middle of July I will be walking. Today 9 of July walked with no support. This video got to my soul. I got the strength in me to keep exercising and get strength in my knee to stand. I did it...thank you Lord and this video, Im going to get thru and walk again with no pain....thank you

My whole life, I’ve been procrastinating. I’ve been saying, there’s always tomorrow. When my parents suddenly get divorced. When I was arrested for something stupid I did. My world just shattered. I thought to myself, what am I doing? Is this how my life is going to be? Is this what I was brought to this world to do? Then I stumble upon this video and it changed my mentality. I got back up, faced the consequence and push harder to become a better person and achieve my goals. The only advice I would give to anyone is don’t give up and always have hope.

It’s about 5 months to be graduated from the medical school after a long tough journey. I faced lots of different emotions and events ... those 7 years destroyed me hardly without mercy and I am standing up facing all those things lonely by faith in God and patiently.

Sometimes in life you cant give up you need to try and try again until you finsh that mission forget about everything else and do what you want to do. Life can change super fast one second you could have everything you wanted in life and one second later you could lose all that but never give up. There can never be an okay when that come to your life there will be many goals many challenges but you need to try being negative doesnt do anything you cant just stand there and do nothing.
