it depends on how much wind there is, as well as the water, if its flat 15knots on a 9m is easy, in chop you need about 18knots so there is a huge difference

What size kite is that?
it differs
if your lucky they kite will shoot straight up and then just fall down where you can hopefully re-lunch it by yourself. But if you pull back on the bar closer to your body it will cause the kite to do what we call a taco and fold in, this makes the kite flip and fall. its kind of funny how im 13 and no all this.

@JiMsDailyAnnouNcment Hadlow (and majority of water users) don't use foils so it won't taco ;)

Lets be honest he isn't trying anything he can't land (as he is recording) there is no real need for him to have a helmet on.. can understand if he was a novice throwing down some new school stuff but he's not..
