I would've liked to see the before and after photos. When you started on the left side, it looked droopier than the right. After you injected her, it looked slightly better, more even. Hey, I am no expert.
The targeted area is the wrong choice, the injector made the commissure looks worse and increasing the shadow while he should have lift them as mouth filler was not properly done
Yes I noticed that too right away. If she had the Russian tinting technique it probably wouldn’t of done that. Also having a Botox lip flip would also help. I thought that she pulled more on her left nasal labial fold when she smiled at the end.
What kind a teaching video is this that does not mention that the nasal labial folds are the most dangerous places in the face to inject because of the artery that runs parallel to the fold? Why on what earth would you not mention that little insignificant fact that the reason you’re in the shallow plane is to avoid injecting into those arteries which would be disastrous causing tissue necrosis and even blindness?
Idk...I know nothing about fillers or the important issue you've raised. But my overall, first time impression of this 'teaching'(??) video was that it was haphazard & sloppily done.
Exactly. That procedure isn’t done much anymore. They put filler in the cheeks to lift it. I had filler in the cheeks and it didn’t work as well as this, but I’d never do it this way
It really is all about knowing anatomy, as well as amount in retrograde or bolus. As well as needle vs cannula. Also many will incur vo while not many of these vo’s will even result in tissue dearth bc of quick reversal via hyalase. You treat every area as dangerous and chip away at the risk by using best technique to lower risks. This is a very popular area to inject!
I was watching for some kind of safety measures too. From what I’ve heard is aspirating gives a false sense of security because you can move the needle while doing so, also some syringes are difficult to aspirate. I’m not sure if that’s because there’s filler in it or what. The safest way is to use a cannula
It's a sub Q filler ( i think). There are Many linked fillers : volume, deep, fine, sub-q etc. It depend on where you want it and for what. The density, the " weight" ( concentration)of the fillers are different. I'm not a specialist but it's what I lurned by my self for my auto injections. I'm Shure that he know what he does, the result is very natural, and it's a doctor so he know the product, techniques and all facial mapping ( muscle, vein etc), mutch more than nurse, etheticien and people like me. ( Sorry my english is not very good^^)
mo Bi - good question! (though...probably the typical answer would be, 'it depends in the individual.') But still, it would be nice to at least get an answer with the typical (average) range of time before the procedure needs repeating... I see there are very few responses to questions here on this website 🤔 that's too bad. (I'm not subscribing🙄)
@Habsa Hiya yeah they’ve done it twice on me.. the filler in the corners and it last a very short time. I also tried botox in my dao’s to lift the side of my smile and it made my lower lip sag on the right lol
What is LPG? FOR other things they Say no sport, sauna, hammam ( warm), sleep ,leave your face straith for 8 hours to avoid migration, ans rest 12/14 hours, , but for Mask or other esthétique traitement on my skin for me it's 7 days because botox is completly effective After 7 days. ( I'm not a professionnel but i wish it would help:))
@@111laetitia Okay, but the way it is said in the video is at least misleading. You do not get a "valley" from losing volume in that place. You lose volume in the upper face, and that causes the midface to descend. It's several steps between volume loss and the formation of the NLF.
But don't forget filler stays in your face forever and continuous filler injections lead to pillow face...then u have to pay for dissolver and even dissolver won't remove it fully. I am frustrated with my marionette lines too...but find no good solutions for this area except for surgery!😟
Most dermal fillers don’t last forever they are made from hyaluronic acid and dissolve anywhere between 6-18 months the pillow face effect is due to over treating the area especially when doing the marionettes dissolver should only be used for filler migration from over filling and stubborn lumps
Preventing occlusion is why he references only going mid dermis and showing the tenting effect to ensure you are mid dermis. There are facial arteries that run down both sides of the nose and mouth. Only an experienced filler should do these areas.
The lips are not as dangerous provided you are within the body of the lip or on the borders. if you go to deep within the lips however, you run could run into the inferior and superior labial arteries which would not be good. the reason the nasal labial folds are more dangerous is that the artery there connects to the circulation of the artery that connects with the eyes

Looks like the natural support of her mouth. Notice how her lips and mouth are shaped. Some ppl have an area similar to this in the center of bottom lip and I have seen ppl that have them here like her. They are probably slightly accentuated by her lip fillers :)
It’s video I’ve seen that looks so real & natural.. straight to the point.

She looked fine before, I would like to see that on a older person that needs it more. Thanks
Right! I’d kill for such smooth and Peru skin . What mask labial folds ?
What’s up under her bottom lip?
Too many onjections migrating
Yr patient is young can you show on snr citizen with deeper laughlines n also diabetics undergo this procedure

Her lower lip filler has migrated under the lip. I've had the same problem..
Yes I noticed that too right away. If she had the Russian tinting technique it probably wouldn’t of done that. Also having a Botox lip flip would also help. I thought that she pulled more on her left nasal labial fold when she smiled at the end.
Same here
Those are muscles - I have them - no filler
I have that naturally
Is that filler under her bottom lip?
I think it was supposed to be filler in her lip and it migrated
Wow..amazing results..!
Very beautiful! Anyone Can tel if she has some filler just under the lips? On each side.
Why do you need to aspirate and what need to be done if something happens???
You gotta have before and after pics.

I read that it wasn’t necessary/effective anymore
I’ve seen them use an ultrasound device before procedures so they know where everything is and where to steer clear, maybe they did this before hand?
I want these fillers, but some things this man does is different from other fillers I’ve seen get done. I hope he knows what he is doing.
What do you mean exactly. He’s great. Many doctors have their own techniques that work
@@Miraculouskidss the term 'great' is subjective.

He’s shallow - safe and good for shallow folds
You don't aspirate?
I think he could stay only superficial far above any arteries because the client hardly had any smile lines to begin with anyway
You don’t always have to aspirate it depends on which plane you’re in how deep you are and where you are

why no aspiration?

Is it fillers or botox ?
??? Nasolabial folds are not due to a "valley" forming from volume loss. They are from descent of midface soft tissue.
As we age we also loose facial fat , so thst's a volume loss

Any filers can do ?
How long it stays?

Artery is not in mid dermis ???
Exactly what I was concerned about, the artery can be superficial, no asp., or canula, potential for a VO ?
Great job !!!!!
Many words for just a little effects!
Why don’t you use regular non employees
Was she bruised after this procedure?
I like the way is doing
Use an alcohol pad to wipe that blood, not a dry cloth that pulls the skin. Gees

It drives me crazy watching the clot being wiped away again and again ... hold pressure !!
