I do have a handful of non-fiction picked out for the month. Legends and Lattes is such a good cozy fantasy read. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on it. Happy reading! :)

Thanks for watching Matt, the non-fiction book on movies (can't remember the title) you are planning on reading sounds great. Will be interested to know what it is like

@@baskinthestory I actually finished it already and am working on a review for it for next week. It was great! :)

Some great recommendations on your list Matt. I read the Five a few years ago and loved it. I've got An Immense World on my list of potentials. Couldn't agree more non-fiction opens up a whole new reading experience and so many subjects to explore 😊

The Five was excellent, Rubenhold's podcast on this was really informative and engaging too

I'll have to check out the podcast I'm trying to get into more podcasts lately when I don't have as much time to sit and read. Definitely I've read so much more non-fiction on so many different subjects its been so refreshing.

I'm really into WW1/WW2 and military history and it's opened a whole new world. I started An Immense World this morning and have any done the introduction but have been sucked straight in ... fascinating and I'm hooked 😊

Entangled Life sounds amazing! I am also so fascinated by funghi. I’ve literally added the illustrated version to my Christmas list. Invisible women is incredible. I read it a few years ago and absolutely loved it. I was honestly floored by how huge the data gap is in some cases. I can’t wait to hear your final thoughts.
Pet Semetary was my second or third King novel. It is definitely harrowing, but I found it quite enjoyable in the end.

A toddler AND a new job... we'll cut you some slack if your reading dips a little bit, lol.
My pick for Non-Fiction November is Be Useful: Seven Rules for Life by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Part movie star, part body builder, part former governor... this is the 'Display' tag in full-form.

      Thank you!
Arnold Schwarzenegger is pretty remarkable and I expect that book will be insightful. Let me know what you think of it as it is something I would be interested in picking up

Great pics for the month, Matt! I’ve heard really good things about Cultist. Entangled Life sounds really interesting as well; I also feel like I need to learn more about fungi and appreciate their contributions to the world, lol. Looking forward to hearing more about Invisible Women! Unfortunately, I was not able to get to Frankenstein last month either, but I’m hoping to pick it back up in January I think. I’m also looking forward to your thoughts on Pet Sematary and to see if you think it’s a good Stephen King to start with (I’m a fellow King newbie). Legends and Lattes also looks really good! :) Hope you have a great reading month and that you’re adjusting to the new job!

Thanks Farrah, Invisible Women was brilliant! Some of the information I already knew but a lot was new and some of it really opened my eyes! Highly recommend, though it is also pretty infuriating!
I'm looking forward to getting to Cultish and Entangled Life.
I'm about halfway through Frankenstein now and it is brilliant. The quality of writing is outstanding!
I'm looking forward to seeing what Pet Semetary is like, though also a little apprehensive as I have heard it is one of his scariest reads! Will see how I get it on and let you know

Man, I've been meaning to pick up Cultish for forever, but Cults by Max Cutler was an interesting read as well!

I'm newly subscibed to your channel. I've watched 2 vids so far. I'm liking your delivery and your content so far. Keep it up. Has you have a toddler, I'm not sure Per semetary should be your first Stephen king you read🤔

Thank you for such kind comments. Yes I have been told that Pet Sematary might be tough as a first King book, but I'm going to jump in the deep end and see how it goes 😱
