    10月正值山楂當季水果,終於最近見到新鮮山楂,真的非常很罕有在香港見到,當然立即買下來。山渣本身酸度太高,都不會直接把它當水果食用,通常都是利用糖來熬煮不同種類的山渣甜品,有冰糖葫蘆、山楂糕、山楂條、山楂球、炒紅果、果丹皮等..
    煮山楂千萬不要用鐵鍋煮,因酸遇到鐵後會引起化學反應,產生低鐵化合物吃後可能會引起頭暈噁心的輕微中毒。
    山楂,據說對消化不良有奇效,很多助消化的藥中都有山楂,尤其是消肥甘厚味的肉食積,但凡因吃了油膩肉食而導致腹脹腹痛的人,都可以用山楂來消食。
    山楂糖卷是把煮熟、打泥、抹平、曬乾、捲卷,有嚼勁,甜甜酸酸,容易保存。
