So cool to see how it came together. I have used basically all your recipes for making purées and am excited to get in the kitchen when my daughter is ready for more handheld foods! PS. Thanks to your guidance I my daughter already feeds herself with a spoon and she is only 6.5 months. I would have never thought to hand her the utensil if it weren’t for you. Thanks! You make motherhood a little less overwhelming and lonely. ❤️

Omg loved this video! It made me more excited to try the recipes! My baby is 3.5m right now so not yet ready but I do have a 4.5yo so I’m actually thinking in try some of those with him. I actually struggle a lot with what to send for his lunch at pre-school and I think some of this might work really well. For a future project I would actually love to see ideas for lunch to send to pre-school/school. (I know it’s gonna take a while until Sage is at this stage but it would be great to see that).

Hello from Georgia! Sage is just the cutest!!! I came across your channel a few months ago and absolutely feel in love. Had to go back and started watching from the first video you posted. Is there a way to still get the Mommy Milk Smoothie recipe? Can it be purchased? I could absolutely benefit from it as a breastfeeding mom myself. Can't wait to cook all the yummy food for my son!

Yes there are options for some of them like the cookies there’s an option on how to make them egg free

I have to say that I’m a little disappointed in the cookbook, I too took the Happy Healthy Eaters course and once I started flipping through their recipe book and Healthnut’s I noticed quite a similarity, rather copy, of recipes from HHE. Not putting either one down but if anyone plans on taking the HHE course, I recommend sticking to just their book instead of having two that are practically the same. Not very creative…

Nothing you can't find for free online and if you ate junk food while pregnant and after you gave birth, your kid is probably not going to want healthy foods.
