I had a 1980 XL 80 when I was 10yrs old. Almost 36 years ago. Absolutely mint everything worked, lights, blinkers everything. Completely road/register ready. Of course I was running it through the trails, railroad tracks and sand pits so the first time I dumped it wiped out the blinkers. But it was the bike that started my love for moto. Bullet proof engine. Chalk it up to another bike I should have never sold.
Man that’s like the 3rd exact bike I owned back in the day that you’ve posted, love it. I spent some good years on that bike growing up in SW Washington.
Beautiful Honda bike for on and off riding. Kaplan always has the most amazing bikes for great bike enthusiasts. Congratulations Sir for your excellent videos and excellent bikes. God bless you and your staff that is hard working to make it possible. !!
I had a 1979 XL 185 and it was bulletproof in the water we used to trail ride a lot in the row trails gold cross Creeks not actually had water over a seat in the motor was still chugga lugging
