Gosh Chef- you brought back memories of doing the Dauphinoise potatoes at this french restaurant when I got out of culinary school. We would use a mold to shape them round. Thank you for showing both versions. Easy one for the home cook and a more elaborate one for those who want a more elegant look on the plate. Your videos are fantastic!
