What an honor to have you make a video of him. Reedy is still one of my favorite riders. It don't matter what place he comes in either. I just love to see him out there. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to both Ricky and Chad for help me find my true love in this life! Motocross!!!!

JS7, RC4, KW14 and CR22 for a few years was the best racing EVER. I have the bar to bar edits and shoyld be collectors items now. Watching JS7 and RC4 go neck and neck with Reed in the mix are some of my all time favorite racing memories.

i had other "favorites" during a lot of Chad's career. but Chad kept going and entertaining and winning and by sheer volume of line-ups and wins has become one of my all time favorite champions. well done Sir.

The very first time CR raced Vegas, Desert Yamaha, a small shop in Hendo, hosted a meet and greet with Chad. The turn out was a little disappointing but Chad was so friendly, soft spoken and humble. He stayed longer than required, talking face to face, eye to eye with everyone there. It was like we were hanging out in his garage, bench racing with our buddies. I knew then he was SPECIAL.
    A TRUE CHAMPION🏆

Great tribute to CR22 (who still is an incredible rider) Ricky, this just show you "RC4" even bigger as a person than you was as a rider (one of a kind)!, congrats!!!

Unbelievable career. To race against the GOAT and “The fastest man ever to ride a dirt bike” James Stewart Jr for the bulk of his career and win and still be out there! Great tribute!!

Wow, Chad has seen so many come & go on the track yet he is still there. He raced against the best of the best.
Time to call it good & retire to racing something else a little safer. He has earned it.

*RC* said they only race *26* times I count *RC* finished ahead of *Reed 35* times & *Reed* finished ahead of *RC 19* times that's *55* races

Why did Ricky hang up so early ? he still had years of racing left in him and he did it when at his peak. I think he just didn't like to lose.

He was just about to have kids, I think his twins were born the night before or after his last sx race.. I might be completely wrong with the reason but it seems like it had a fair bit to do with his retirement

RC had like 10 outdoor championships and won every # 1 plate for every season he ever raced outdoors, he won 5 SX # 1 plates and like 150 AMA total wins or somewhere near that. He was still dominating outdoors when he retired. He just had nothing left to prove and was not willing to keep doing what it takes to win at that level. JS im sure had a lot to do with that as well. RC knew he would have to get even faster indoors to stay with JS but make no mistake thinking RC wouldn't also find that indoor speed needed. That being said he didnt wanna get hurt having to go that fast on a SX track. Look at all the horrific wrecks JS has over and over through the years. Had RC not had the success he had im sure his goals and desire would have kept him racing. Once you reach GOAT status and your a multi millionaire with a name and brand that will be guaranteed income...... I get it and agree. And it looks like RC was right. JS was the only rider capable of reaching and breaking all those # 1 plates and he ended up with just 2 SX and i believe 2 MX. RC has freeking 10 MX & 5 SX !!!! . There's no title or trophy for just being the guy who can turn the fastest lap time.
