Hey! Look at that. Finally after all these aviation in cockpit video's I've watched I get one with an approach into my hometown. Runway 32 was extended by 1000 feet in 2006 and the control tower is new which used to be on the left when landing in that direction of 32. Buffalo looks like a black and white video from the air with the winter scenery.

That was precision flying! Even landing was spot on and centered. Very nice.

"CAUTION JET-BLAST" Does it get pretty hairy taxiing behind an idling CRJ? Just curious.

Very nice. What's the method for a steady CAM on the PFD?
    Florida in your plans?

MrJimmer not Florida but California next week...
Made a complicated mount that grips to the dashboard and hangs down in front of PFD. Doesn't get in my way but I wouldn't use it on low ifr approach.

Trevor Taussig Interesting concept and helpful to the video presentation. Give me a heads up if you decide to venture this way KPIE

thanks, it's good to see more real IFR flying. i wonder how many lives have been unknowingly saved with synthetic vision. that's amazing to see "in action" definitely hit the "subscribe" button

Great reminds of landing in blizzard in a DC9 many years ago. Pilot came on and said we are going to give it a shot the weather is bad

Nice flying. How do you like the AOA indicator? Do you find it useful?

Midwestpilot I find very little use for it. I almost never look at it. When I am at slower speeds my eyes are mostly out the window and quickly glancing at airspeed.

That BUF controller gave you great service and a really nice turn to join the ILS.
