Fenders flapping in the wind tells you all you need to know.
That is something I don't get. I have 36 ft boat. Always the lines and fenders are stwed before venturing out. It is a lack of seamanship and respectr for what the sea can do.
Fenders are for the DOCK!

No one wants to look like "that guy" with his fenders over the side. And, with a dark blue hull, scuffs are easily made & seen.

It’s literally just a huge neoprene floating mat some people call them lily pads pull up to the sandbar and the kids can play on them
That's one strong surfer to carry that thing like that, and wet? He earned it!

To the Captain who lost the Lilly Pad Float .. Captain's Rule #1: Always look behind your direction of travel; Captain's Rule # 2: If you can't tie an knot .. Learn to tie A LOT !
Those surfers were gonna sell that thing on eBay for some beer money. The guy on the back of that boat was in a great seat he was right next to the cooler.
Great footage as always, but it amazes me, even a day out on a boat, people still have to have their phone and text. Keep up the good work.

I watched a video of one of those falling off on the freeway, WITH A MOTORCYCLE traveling behind it. Right over the handle bars, so it could be worse, but people need to take more care, obviously.

They are still sending it but they are at Boca Inlet. This was Haulover Inlet. 👍
If you can afford a boat like that the gas the insurance etc. loosing the mat probably isn’t much of a concern
