This looks tasty and perfectly spreadable or dippable depending on the vessel used. I bet cashews could be a great (but different flavored) substitute for walnuts in this recipe too! Thanks so much for posting and hosting this DipCember collab! It has been so fun to see so many options for dips!

I actually did not rehydrate these. However, next time I definitely would use a little broth or water to do that first!

I think it would be worth a try. I was thinking with the beef that it would go well, but it might really amplify the dip.
