You have to test the track to know which car is really good. Drag races should be done with cars with similar horsepower. What is certain is that Tesla performance cars that had track mode or ceramic brakes added did not control heat on the track and did not prevent brakes from overheating, so the i5n It has been proven by all testers that it cannot be beaten. There is no electric car that can beat the i5n for price.
Absolutely! I've done the test as the only thing near it is the most logical rival - MYP. Many people will be looking at these two cars as potential options for an affordable performance EV.

I'm sorry my Korean is way off to respond in it :) But yes - that car made history in the way that was capable of doing 2 full laps on Nuerburgring like it was nothing! I haven't yet been able to drive it on a track but I saw Misha's video which was quite impressive!

The amazing thing to me was that the other I5N wasn't using endurance mode, and still had no thermal issues!

The 5N is a real performance SUV, the model Y is just a fast SUV. I think that Tesla lost it's one trick of fast 0-100, the 5N is much more advance car in terms of dynamics.
I believe it is called Model Y Performance :) and it shouldn't be an excuse. Don't get me wrong, the Tesla is also great to drive but 5N is just in a league of its own at the moment. Perhaps the new EV6 GT will reuse the formula.
I have been driving ioniq5 for 2 years. Very satisfied.

Speed and driving dynamics, yes, but built qualitiy wasn't even tested here. Ioniq5 Materials looks and feels cheap compared to Tesla and also ioniq 5 has enough built problems, so no not better there but MUCH more expensive.
True, the materials in this 5n are comparable to a Tesla if you don't mind the minimalistic design there. Ride quality and noise levels however are better in the 5N.

Ionic is love.
I think Tesla is putting all their capabilities into drag racing. But the true value of the car is determined on the track. Can Tesla successfully drive while maintaining high efficiency on the track? I don't think it's possible.They won't be able to complete a full lap of the track.So they're just focusing on drag racing for marketing.All you have to do is raise the horsepower of the vehicle. It's an easy way to do it.
Can't agree more! Tesla's are great on a strip but except for the Plaids - they are not very fast after 100 kph. 100-200 is really mediocre.
First drag race. Model Y got a jump start. 5N still beat it.

Seems like I read or saw that both the MYP and M3P are a little slower to 60 mph in tack mode.
Empirically we couldn't get a better result - we tried both modes. I have also heard the same, here in comments section too.

If you drive 5N in eco-mode, you can get a mileage that is less than 5 but close to 5.
MY is inferior in every way in this comparison.

Това би било доста забавно да се кара в България (айоника), като се има предвид ниското средно ниво на автомобилна култура. Реално почти никой няма да знае за какъв перформънс става въпрос и ще имаш възможността да шашкаш всичките тия псевдо ентусиасти у нас. Пък после да ти разправя, че било Хюндай.
Хаха, да! Единственото, което те издава е външният му вид - доста ясно показва, че не е базик работа... Може би ако вземеш по-сливащия се с околния свят сив цвят ще е дори по-камуфлажна ситуацията :)

Важно е да се сподели Теслата на колко % заряд на батерията е. За аййоника няма такова значение защото е на 800волтова архитектура

Tesla doesn’t have a chance, however track mode is slower, so don’t use track mode for drag races!

Ioniq 5N has nothing to do with M3P as they are totally different cars (one is a small SUV).
before I even watch. this makes no sense. Model 3 P (even if not refreshed version) is the right one to compare with the Hyundai N. model 3 , yes it's not a hatch but still has MORE cargo space then the Hyundai N
Model Y is the same size and the wheelbase of the model Y is actually 4 in smaller than Ionia5. Model 3 is matched with Ioniq 6

This model y performance uses NMC chemistry so it is not the battery. The heat management, breaks and other components make it uneven match for the 5N on track!

It is really concerning when cars have so-called launch control .
Rockets get launched and obviously having launch control in a car is appealing to people who haven't grasped the fact that roads are made for the public to get from one place to another safely.
I have no problem with motor sport so long as that sport is not on public roads..
Sadly some people see beating someone on a public road as part of manhood or the belief they have small genitals.
I absolutely agree with this! Roads are not for comparing genital sizes! The only difference a more powerful car would make is when overtaking on A-roads in real life.

Преди месец бях из Европа с Теслата на екскурзия. 2 седмици. Суперчарджър мрежата просто е изключително голям плюс за Тесла. За да успеят коли като Кона, Хюндай трябва да помислят и над това. Трябва те да се договорят с големите доставчици на зарядни и да имаш plug and charge още с купуването на колата.
Да, а също има и момента с ефективност на колите и икономичност. Там няма кой да бие Тесла засега.

@@superchargedBGThe regular Ioniq 5 drives 500 km. The price is much cheaper than the Model Y. The regular Ioniq 5 is superior in terms of economic efficiency and various convenience features.
Still not superior to any Tesla in their lineup, perhaps excluding Model X. However, I've done a range test (in this channel) for the Ioniq 5 doing 140 kph on the highway (legal limit in Bulgaria) and it did much less than 500km. Did the same for Tesla Model Y. By the way - the funniest thing is - in Bulgaria the Ioniq 5 AWD is considerably more expensive than the MY Long range.

The malfunction of ICCU of ioniq series is a huge problem.
Could you share a bit more about it? I haven't heard of any issues except for 1) wired WAZE - which got fixed and 2) relatively easy to steal the car.
They updated the iccu - was a cooling issue. If during the recall service it is damaged, they will replace.
