I don't use a skimmer, I'm not really a fan but if you run a refugium that really helps nitrates and phosphates. Just chuck some macro algea in there, my tanks been running awesome.
Hi got a question in the sump the pipe which returns water to the tank is really loud it’s just gurgling at the bottom how do I fix it please I can’t sleep

How do you stop the bubbles from the skimmer outlets, making there way to the tank pump... causing bubbles in the aquarium itself?
Move the pump pick up or place poly filter between them

Your skimmer sounds really quiet, mines really loud I can hear it 2 rooms away
Check it’s not touching the glass. When it touches the glass it vibrates the sump and it’s so loud
@@InTheCash sorted it out cheers, I had it hanging into the 2nd area, I've turned it to only sit in the 1st area
