  • Ready to help your whole body feel better & work better with a simple change to your alignment?
    In this video I’m sharing an essential alignment tip that can be the single biggest game changer for your feet, knees, pelvic floor & spine once you get the hang of it!
    This is one that I wish everyone knew about - it’s going to decompress your feet (think instant help for plantar fasciitis, bunions & neuromas), balance out your pelvic floor muscles, decompress your low back, and take stress off your knees. In fact, it’s one of the first skills I teach in my online movement programs!
    You’ll need a plumb line - I just use a keychain tied to a string - and either a wall mirror or someone to take a video or photo for you.
    Here are the links I mentioned in the video:

    Thank you, Petra! Your content is so helpful. I started following you during Covid, and you've helped me start to heal so many areas. I'm at the computer all day, but my biggest improvement has been ALL DAY movement in bite-sized sessions.

    I'm standing on concrete or tiled or carpet with no padding, all day because of my job. Do you have footwear recommendations ?

    • @PetraFisherMovement
      @PetraFisherMovement  Місяць тому

      That can certainly be tough on your feet. I'd still recommed zero drop, foot shaped shoes but I'd choose styles with cushion and/or use a cushioned insole. I have a number of brand options and some of my favourite shoe reviewers in this guide to choosing footwear (and don't skip the foot exercises!) bit.ly/40DcYa2

    Curious- not me, but i have a friend with heel pain. Should she wait to do this? Thanks!

      Really depends - it might be super helpful for her because that forward lean can really stress plantar foot tissues. she should try it and see how it feels for her.
