Hi all involved. If you get this message. I have an interest in martial arts my self. I have a question about Gary Spiers because I know he did many styles of martial arts. Did he ever try boxing or weight lifting?

Hi Alan Gary began in wrestling then moved to karate - he never really took to weight training as a routine :-)
