My young kids and husband trained with him, in Hexham, for almost 3 years. He was often very keen to have my kids attend one of his ‘training camps’. The last one he offered was in Ireland. The amount of images on his computer was, so Northumbria Police said, was the biggest find they ever dealt with. Truly frightening.
@@Isnogud67 I was at the leisure centre for 14 years and always came in for a few drinks afterwards.I feel sorry for his family as well as the victims.
@@markcampbell6320 yes, I felt the same. His wife was so lovely and his daughter too. I met his son only once. But imagine what that must have felt. Your whole life was a lie…unimaginable. 😢
@@theshotokanchronicles the books are truly excellent. We bought our copies all those years back. Now, no matter how good, I wouldn’t put a penny his way….sorry
@@theshotokanchronicles He will be on licence for the rest of his life and I should imagine one of the conditions is that he won't be allowed to teach children.Trained with him a couple of times in the past and he came across as a pleasant sort of guy. Just feel sorry for those who were taken in by his charisma and sexually abused.

I used to work in Hexham Leisure centre and would come into the bar after his karate sessions.
