Halibut Fishing Homer Alaska Catch N COOK

Halibut Fishing in Homer Alaska for our Honeymoon could not have been better? The trip with Bobs Trophy Charters was amazing, suppose to be a Halibut Rockfish Lin Cod trip, but weather as expected in Alaska kicked up hard blowing high winds and heavy waves making us return to the docks.
Luckily, we were able to Limit out on these beautiful Halibut and cook some on the dock as well. Truly one amazing trip and better honeymoon.

Halibut is tied with striper as my favorite to eat. My Aunt lives in Juneau. Some they used to catch were several hundred pounds and the size of a door slab. They used to have to shoot them before they hauled them in the boat.
