How to setup capacitor to relay ?

Its very easy to setup. If you wrong setup compressor will not run, compressor will take high ampere.

Are you testing this compressor? You should test the suction valves by hooking up your suction gauge, closing the suction side of your gauge, and running the compressor. It should pull down to about 17" of mercury rather quickly. If not, the valves may be no good.
