Gemma, I always appreciate how you make your recipes so easy for people of different diets to follow (such as no gelatin or egg). As a vegan, I enjoy that I can still try your delicious recipes by just making simple substitutions, like vegan butter instead of regular. Really great work! I can't wait to try this :)

I know, these are so addictive, really delicious. Belgian chocolate is another great export, and then there is your Grandad, great little country :)

This looks so good!😱 I'm from Belgium and here the cookies are called 'Speculoos' and are a belgian speciality. I'm definitley going to try this out!
It's funny because here In Belgium (where speculoos and speculoos spread are from) we always make the cheesecake base crust this way :D Glad it spread because it's so much better than regular!

These lotus cookies are so popular now in the GCC so yummy with any kind of cake, brownies, pancakes or even Arabian desserts.
The last layer of this cheese cake we mix some cream and cookie butter and spread it over the top

Hi Gemma, this cheesecake looks amazing! I will try it soon. Just want to let you know that your videos really help a lot, especially your microwaveable recipes. I can now make simple meals from a microwave even with little ingredients and it saves a lot of time. Made Mac n cheese in minutes after learning how to cook pasta with a microwave from your videos! I'm also trying out some of the mug cakes. Unfortunately, none turned out well so far haha. But I love it that your recipes are so easy and flexible. Keep up the good work

What I like to do it instead of putting the cookie spread inside the batter, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and pour it on top, that way you get that vanilla tart from the filling and sweetness from the base and topping!

I love this cookies and the cookiebutter! I recently made this cheesecake but with the bastogne cookies ( wich you can buy here in Holland), almost the same as the Lotus ones.
