I just love your channel and your way of making food. Generally in most of the channels they use a lot of ingredients and some of them are hard to find. But you are amazing darling. You use regular and easy to find ingredients. Specially I am a fan of your no machine ice cream series. I tried it and added rose syrup and digestive biscuits to the base. It was delicious. Gemma Stafford Hi Gemma, love your videos! I would like to make blueberry ice cream with this ice cream base. how would I make it? I have fresh blueberries. should I cook it over stove top or just blend in blender and add to the ice cream?
lavender ice cream! I love using your recipes!
Lavender ice cream is best made in the traditional way. You have to infuse the milk with the lavender, then strain it and make a custard. This is one method, it will not work so well with my cold ingredient method :)
