I got attitude before from a mixed couple that was looking for me to comment on their child because he was so cute and I refuse to give them the satisfaction and the sister got mad. My friend invited a guy she just met out with us for new years one year and he brought his black friend...almost immediately he said, "I dont like or date black girls" anyway all this to say, I've spent 20ish years with the understanding that where I'm from, they dont want us. Im not angry, just used to it.
I looked elsewhere and found a good guy. Didn't work out but now I'm currently dating a Jamaican. I think because he was born there, that's what he grew attraction and appreciation towards. He loves dark skin, natural hair, which are things looked down upon from the bm in my area. He also works hard and put himself through school...

I had to be more Bold & Handle Business if though the man of the house were no longer there, I'm all woman nothing masculine about me but handling business like a man would, only to keep from being taken advantage of.... It really confuses me when I hear black men say that. No! we're not bitter or angry we just have to step from one role to the next (woman to man) & it's sometimes stressful.... Even online when looking at something that has nothing to do with bw, ppl will drag bw into it. So I don’t think it has anything to do with bw actually being masculine. That’s just something they say to offend bw. I’ve seen bubbly and optimistic bw get put through the ringer. I know feminine bw who are not valued. Bm proudly love masculine ww so if all bw became the epitome of femininity today these bm would find something else to say. They look for ways to discredit bw. It’s just how their minds are molded. The strong don’t fall for that so if a bm genuinely loves bw he’s strong minded and maybe bw shouldn’t worry about the rest.

I wouldn’t just say that. It’s the fact that many of the Black Men that do that bash black women. You ask them why you date them and they say because “Black Women this “and “Black Women that” They view them as the ultimate Prize. Not all but many. I don’t see any other ethnicity of Men doing this. Not White, Arab, Hispanics, African etc. But many Black Men feel so comfortable disrespecting their own race. And the sad part is they hate being profiled and discriminated against but have no
Problem doing that to their own women. And People of other races see it and laugh at the Irony. I’m an African and it’s very visible to me. I feel sad for American Black Women. It’s sad that men of their race can’t see their beauty. But they can see it in other races of women. And they don’t like their attributes. But they love a black woman’s attribute in a non black woman’s body. Even if it’s fake. They deserve better. I think it’s due to many factors and no one can stop it but y’all. I told my mom that I don't want them to touch me, I only want black women to touch me, because I feel comfortable and happy among them.
There is something about white women that give me the creeps. Like a eerie, or a hostile presence. It's like the older I get, the more I feel about them that's repulsive. I felt nothing but love from black women when I grew up.

I don't get upset about black men dating outside our race but I do think that most of them don't understand or appreciate that no one will ever hold them down like a black woman. We relate to your struggle in ways that others usually can't. We probably are too much to deal with because we have been out here grinding; going to school, putting up with racism in the workplace, and trying to protect our families and often doing all that alone. I don't consider that to be masculine because we do not want to be men. But we are not damsels in distress either.

It is refreshing to see a black man talking this way. The thumbnail says that black women need black men more. What black men don't realize is that we are the ONLY ones that need black men. It is not only that we need you more. No one else even cares about black men. It is sad that more of them don't realize that. And now black women are walking away. When black men lose black women they will lose the only people who have ever fought for them. And when black women make a decision there is no turning back from it. So sad.

As a white woman I won't date or have anything to do with black men who bash black women. If I'm dating a black man and he starts carrying on about black women are this or that, I look at him like...what's wrong with you? Most of my best friends throughout my life have been black women and if that's how you feel about them then I feel sorry for you. Then they start to back peddle and say things like well some black women are ok but most of them be like...this or that.
And that's when he starts getting cut off. What if we have a daughter? Are you gonna hate her? Are you gonna be rude to my friends or my family because there are black women in my family too. But they don't know that about me in the beginning. I find that black men who bash black women and then try to date me are fetishizing me. Or think that it's some kind of societal come up. I don't feel that way but I can see the influence from a predominantly white society influencing that type of thinking. When I see that I understand that he doesn't like me as a person I'm just being used. And I move on.

I agree that Black women need us more. We need generational wealth which typically is only achieved through the black family and I'm in no way advocating that we should be flocking to white women but I have a disagreement with you. You say that Black Women want to build with us but at what point are you referring to and what exactly are we building? The growing narrative I see is that they want a "high value man". Someone who makes 6 figures (approx 8% of Black men in America, possibly less globally), has a house that's expected to be the matrimonial home, a nice car, social status, the expectations to buy them red bottoms and berkin bags (putting our wealth in meaningless things), the list goes on. The majority of this type of men are 40+ when you subtract athletes and entertainers and they expect this out the gate from the time they leave high school which is unrealistic.
The fact is we need each other and the community to work together so that our descendants have a chance to maybe have a headstart at achieving some of these things earlier than we can. We also need financial literacy and a wealth mindset. So again I ask at what point and what are they trying to build with us? It sounds like we're cooking and they're bringing a plate when the food is ready.
They aren't willing to accept us at 21 as is making 30k/yr and achieving those things with us along the way a lot of times by strategizing and working together. They want it done from the jump and that ish takes time, time they are not willing to wait because they think they can just get someone better (hypergamy). The type of man mentioned above is typically emasculated by our own women, further driving a wedge between us and that can lead Black men to look elsewhere for acceptance.
There are also other factors that come into play. I don't hear you discussing things like who they are choosing early in life like the Pookies and Ray Rays or how some of them are becoming single mothers as a result of dealing with those men which also repeats the cycle of poverty.
If we're going to discuss accountability it has to be across the board. We need to make better decisions as a collective. And if we're going to talk about building it has to be without preconceived expectations or a sense of entitlement where both parties bring something to the table and are ready to put in the work.
P.S. I appreciate you discussing these difficult topics and trying to hold men accountable. I'm not trying to disrespect you, your channel or Black Women. I love my people passionately and want to see us all do better.

Though college-educated, well-spoken, well-taught and possessing the so-called "pedestal" look (fully ADOS/Black light-skinned with long hair) I experienced rejection, rudeness and even open hostility from many Black guys back in my prime, and not just the young ones. Multiple times Black men who were 10-30 years older than me told me that's why they were with White women when I refused sexual advances or other nonsense. By the time I reached 40, I started to pray and asked God to give us to somebody else. I feel like He honored my prayers.
That said, I like your content, and am very proud of the steps you've taken to turn your life around. I believe you will make some Black woman - regardless of shade - a very good husband and your children an excellent father. May God's hand rest upon you in favor.

I'm in the process of divorce from an interracial relationship because for the last few years I been telling everyone close to me I feel lonely. I can't speak my st louis language to a white girl. I can't even joke around about black movies and stuff because She don't know. I feel 100 times weaker than I was before i met this woman. I miss my black women.

I do have a problem with the TREND and the number of black men who go outside of our race, because black women don't as often. What I have a problem with the most though, is that the same black men that will marry or date only white, will only have sex with black women. Like that shyt...is soooooo wrong. It's not the white women who are screaming and crying when black men are killed unjustly, even when they have a black man or it's their black man the police kill. It's always us grieving them, when they die, when they leave us, when they don't take any interest in our children but play the ideal dad to their mixed children. It's all too much. I can't even look at this topic too much because it makes my heart hurt.

Ladies, please let them go! Any man that’s guilted into being with you is NOT the right man for you. It will be toxic and potentially abusive. He will resent you. It will not end well. And be careful of any man singing your praises, he might be doing it for his own personal gain. Peace & Blessings ✨💫

Black women ALREADY outnumber black men in the U.S. so really the odds are in men's favor. I know quite a few brothers who are married to beautiful bw they met during college and grad school and online. And these are some very feminine, sweet beautiful bw. (I seriously tell some of them they need to consider modeling) When I asked these guys, why they did not date out like some of their peers, they told me it's not that they couldn't pull a nonblack chick, it's that they wanted a black wife. That let me know that these guys who complain about there being "no good bw" or "all be having an attitude" or all are "masculine" are not telling the truth. The truth is they probably couldn't get the bw they wanted a) because they just weren't a good fit for whatever reason (different goals, different set of value etc.) b)they have some underline issues they haven't addressed and women can pick up on that, so they avoid them c) they were open to dating women of all races and chose to marry a nonblack women; even if they had bw that were genuinely interested in them.

Furthermore, I've only approached BW and i can't count the number of times on one hand i've been rejected, turned down, over look, misjudged, not taken seriously or played. American, African, and Caribbean. I have never gone out of my race ever.
Its June 2021 and if i decide to go out and try and the experience is favorable then what will now happen when i share my experiences with others = A LONG RIPPLE EFFECT.

Most black men dont share with black women, but will give it outside of...but the black woman doesn't mind working beside their man, most have nothing material wise to offer, but love which is a foundation enough to make it through if we work together and make a life towards more. But just when things get good, the men leave to go outside of , to impress something younger or new who has no idea what's it's taken to get what the outside sees. They never look back, ever unless what' came up is on the way back down

You gotta be the only black man I’ve seen (at least in the comments) that gets some type of respect from black women when you praise and show your respect and love towards them, maybe they find you attractive or something because in reality they focus on the men that don’t want them, disrespects them but ignore the ones who do want and appreciate them. It’s weird af and kills a lot of hope for black men that do appreciate black women. Hopefully they see before it gets too late cause many men are starting to just be done with women in general

Men in general know that if they want a good/desirable woman that they have to compete for it, but modern women, BW especially seem to think they inherently deserve a good man.
