    Try to always bloom the chia seeds, not only does this make them much easier to digest, but it also helps increase the amount of nutrients your body is able to absorb (same story with grinding chia seeds) ❤

      @@ADG247they mean hydrate the chia seeds with a liquid. Chia seeds get bigger in size with liquid & best to have them hydrated

    I LOVE creamy mushroom sauce too! So delicious and fantastic with chicken, pork or pasta. Great video Vita. The smoothie looks scrumptious too.

    Hey sweet Vita, I love all that you share :) Once you mentioned that you work out with weights to lift, I hope you maybe will show a video of that one day :) Also, as you maybe already know I really love your jewelry taste, do you remember how many carats your band with many small emerald cuts is? I know you big one I 5 ct., and those two fits really well together. And also happy new year to you :)

    Love all your videos Vita, but I've noticed in a few videos now that the sound isn't that good when you turn the camera away from your face, it's much quieter. Maybe you can get a different microphone?

      Vita did a video last year on the jewelry she wears from Revolve. I ordered a variety of earrings for my granddaughters, daughter-in-laws, and daughter, to choose from. They love them as part of their Christmas gifts. A little hint be sure of the dimensions of the earrings!

    I used to make that sauce for pasta but havent in ages ,Thanks fir reminding me ha .I love that salad . The last few times I got tinned tuna was so bad from a brand I always get ,I was turned off .. its like salad noisce you get in Paris .Sometimes I put in boiled egg too

    Is ca 1830 calories what you usually stick to? as in your Lifesum. The food looks amazing, so do you!

      Hi Anna!
      App calculated recommended calorie intake after I input my gender, weight, height & age.
      So your rec calories might be different.
      I also input the intermittent fasting program- there are 100 other food programs you can pick from ! 😊 hope it helps

    Hello !! I love your videos very much !! Thank you for being so sweet and to give us the best advice . I feel like you are my best friend .. I have a question. So you include protein powder in to you kind of eating ? And supplements ? Be cause I drink protein but recently I change instead of protein I change it for kefir and I feel soo much.     On the Lifesum App
    I’ve never used this app before, but from the descriptions, I find that it can be problematic. Tracking calories intake, calories expenditures, or macros can be quite exhausting and unhealthy. Having to track all of that every-time you eat or move have its drawbacks, like resorting to an eating disorder or feeling guilty. I’m not saying that this app is inherently harmful and if you feel it benefits you, consider it. Just be healthy, body and mind.

      I'm personally don’t count calories strictly.
      And I do more intuitive eating- BUT!!!
      I know A LOT about nutrition, and that’s helps me intuitively pick things and balance things in my diet.
      If you have ABSOLUTELY no idea about nutrition, I think learning what the food is about is a good start- and having a database of healthy recipes can be super helpful and motivating.
      I believe everything should be taken without obsession , and always see how you feel and adjust things if needed

      You can eat almost any fruit by itself in the evening. It will digest and pass on nutrients throughout your digestive tract. Do not eat fruits that will ferment with any meal. Especially if that meal contains any amount of natural sugars, like honey maple syrup , or cane sugar. The fruit will stay in the stomach long enough to start to ferment and while passing through the digestive tract will pick up more yeast and continue fermenting along the way and give you that bloated feeling, and gas throughout the night. Not for a good night sleep!
