From what I've read you should also wash the outside and inside of the gas tank before replacing the fuel pump. I plan on doing mine next week

not sure what it pays but i got the whole job done in about half hour

@@demenagementspeedy Have you done the cobalt with the PZEV system? Pain in the ass..in the process..assembly with separate pump, filter, and Reservoir orifice, and a level sensor mounted at the bottom of the tank..
