Even though its a common knowledge that when you eat more, you need to move more, seeing you both walk the talk is actually a great wake-up call in encouraging us your viewers to practice what you both have shown us. FYI, the veggie dish you guys eat is called "kangkung goreng belacan" which is stir fried water spinach with shrimp paste, hence the explosion of umami taste
Belacan and kangkung is the best combo. Eat it with white rice.... simple pleasures of life. The genius who invented this dish should be given a medal

You guys should try climbing Mount Kinabalu in Sabah next... and after that, take a dip at Poring Hot Spring at Ranau... it makes the whole climb more statisfying... 👍🏻

It is cicadas, iChang..they r winged insects the size of ur whole thumb..mostly green in color. Very noisy & loud..but harmless. Take care, stay blessed 😍😍🇨🇦

Cempedak is seasonal so you wont always find it around but you did mention in subs. Also those dishes you ordered no need fried rice. Best with plain white rice cause got very nice sauces with the chili prawn and kangkung sambal belacan my fav. 😋Great video again.

That kangkung belacan 🤤 do you guys order it or recommended? Didn't expect foreigners order kangkung along with seafood. Only the locals do. Here's a fun fact for you (if you didn't know). 1) Before kangkung belacan was created, you can find kangkung almost everywhere because not much people wants it. 2) kangkung was an illegal vegetation in the USA.

kangkung and paku pakis are my 2 favourite vege dishes when fried with sambal belacan. sometimes u dont have to go and buy it. you can just pluck from the roadside. its free

The insect is cicada. I remember the Japanese ones sound very different in summer, they go like weayy waeayy weeayy.
The Japanese cicadas/semi in Japanese, are gigantic in size n more piercing to the ears.

Hope you've been enjoying my hometown of Penang. The best char kuey teow/CKT in the country. Also remember to try their Hokkien Mee/prawn mee. Hokkien Mee in Penang has different meaning than in KL. It's basically Prawn mee in Penang.

Im 41,recently i do hike at Taman Bukit Tawau,to find this huge tall tree..wow its one of challange for me because im not that kinda man to walk or hike such long distance..but its really worth it..yes i agree u both should stay here 4EVERRRRRRRRRRR
I love fried mantou with chilli crab sauce. The star of the show is fried mantou and sauce for me. Not the crab or prawn always haha.
You guys should try fried mantis prawn. Last video I saw Jimmy thought is just prawn and ordered sotong goreng. Please try it at good Chinese seafood restaurant.
Besides sotong goreng, pls try salted egg mantis prawn goreng or kung po mantis prawn.

Also, the insects sounds is maybe cicadas, crickets, grasshoppers and katydids. Like the Summer cricket sound you get in all anime settings during Summer in Japan lol 😅😂

The Insect sound is a mixture of Beetles, Cicadas, Katydids, Crickets. While it sounds high but actually it's on ground or bush level. The sounds is bouncing off from tree leaves to confuse bird preys.
