hey billy..like the video very nice..was wondering if you could help me with an issue im having with my dji phantom 4.im using an apple i pad on the reciever and when im in flight and try to do video the screen on the tablet goes half black or turns green so my video looks like crap.was wondering if you know what would cause this.i have changed setting all the way from 4k to the 1080 dpi and still no result ..i do get some good video sometimes but most of the time i get bad ones hope you can help thanks..john bartlett

I have an Ipad mini 4 and have serious video transmission problems with the IOS 4.1.20 (Phantom 4 Pro, Mavic Pro as well as the Spark); my display turn green or black and makes a screen recording absolute worthless even at a clear line of sight , an altitude of no more than 100 feet and 200 ft distance. do you experience the same problems? someone said the previous version 4.0.7 was flawless. I am thinking or downgrading again.
You know all UA-cam channels talk about usage and handling various drones, yet almost no one talks about the shortcomings of DJI. Android versions 4.1.18 and the latest 4.1.22 just won't allow a usb connection anymore to the Spark without loosing several settings and also complete loss of telemetry data; Wireless is ok, but bad video feed and intermittent complete loss of video feedback and flight data is part of being wireless.
I have contacted DJI on numerous occasions and my comments and video evidence is being treated like this is a new problem; yet I see many other people around the globe experiencing the same problems.
It would be great if someone that has a louder voice with DJI to address these issues. I love to fly the golden hours, but not seeing anymore where i am flying or being distracted by bad video feedback makes DJI Go 4 rather dangerous to me and others.
Any comment / info is greatly appreciated

Yo Billy what road do you take to get to that place I live in Collegeville/ Graterford down near the prison and go up to Limerick / Linfield every Friday near the power plant my aunt lives up in Linfield grew up in this area and never saw this place also that's pretty close to the Limerick airport within the 5 mile radius and wasn't sure if you could fly that close to the nuke plant either oh and I fly the Phantom 4 and watch all of yours and Ken's vids .
Never mind I was going to go check it since I live so close but did a little research and on the limerick patch web site it says anyone caught on the property is subject to arrest.
So be careful out there

As always, a really nice video. Interesting photo techniques demonstrated like various types of reveal, etc. I really liked seeing the drone shadow climb up the tower. One question is how far you interpret VLOS and do you use observers?

When you recorded on the end of it where he was climbing up the tower and on the tower why was the green focus Square in the recording. Starting at 3:50
What do you mean?
Go to the 3:50 mark And you can see the little square on the recording. It's the little green square. You don't normally see those in the recording.
Don’t see anything. You might be referring to the green spray paint on the tower

Lol. I had to take a screenshot and blow it up and then you're right it was the writing. I was seeing the L in love conquers all. But I'm looking at this on my note 8 and with the screen being the size it is I couldn't see it. Sorry about that.
