They said that "with 220 ul set volume, 1st stop is to take 200, need to push all way down (2nd stop) to get the 220." is this true? Is there any other standard of micropipette procedure? I need enlightment as I afraid I'm doing wrong procedure for the blood test.
There is different Pipette sizes .. the one in the video is a micropipette but a pipette holds more liquid... You can use pipette to accurately measure small volumes up to 100 ml ... İn your case 953ul = 0.953 ml you can easily use a 1000 UL volume pipette and adjust it to 953 UL it's so easy

When dispensing, standard practice is to push down all of the way to the second stop to ensure that all of the drawn volume is dispensed.

I was using them wrong... İn my last lab i messed up every calculation because of the stops .. I always take too much
