One of the coolest things I noticed is that in the final encounter in 3 separate symbol rooms there are mini bosses with "devoted to xyz" in the name.There is a knight "Devoted to Ecthar",witch "Devoted to Simmumah" and an acolyte "Devoted to Mora'ak".Mora'ak is the final boss of edz psy ops battleground. This also implies that Ecthar,Shimmumah and Mora'ak were hive equivalent of vanguard leaders, which is funny since that means lucent hive also lacked hunter vanguard just like us.
fun note about the shrieker at 10:20: my guess was it was maybe for some early catalyst puzzle, but the entity that spawns it is called "so_canyon_sneaky_player_punisher_in_place" ("so" standing for "spawn object"), so it's probably just meant to dissuade players from climbing across the rock instead of going the intended way across the ship bits. Why anyone would go that way, like you said, idk!
Late reply, but if I had to guess it may be due to an old build of the dungeon? Maybe during the development the ledge was seen as easier hence the addition but after some changes it might of just been forgotten

Here's some useful information too: if you start reloading a gun and step into the water the gun will continue to reload even though you don't see the animation
Also, when one of the knights goes down in the final encounter, the text on the lower right reads "Vorlog falls, leading Simmumah to his death". Now, there are two ways I interpret this: either it's calling Simmumah to Vorlog's death, or it's calling Simmumah to his own death. If the latter is the correct interpretation, that would make Simmumah the third male wizard in the series (after Oryx and Nokris).
It’s very likely for vorlog. The boss keeps bringing him back through necromancy. That’s why it was more fitting having her name keep “luccent necromancer”. Also quite funny. Oryx exiled nokris for practicing necromancy and now this very thing is being used to revive luccent hive attempting to pair a ghost with oryxes remains
The one thing you didnt mention is how moth damage is tied to the users frame rate. So if you run 144+ fps a single moth from simm will instantly send you 6 feet under

You forgot but you can actually also see ahsa passing by in the entrance section when you first get in the aquarium section right before jumping down just wait a little and you'll see her, she goes 2 times, back and forth
I disagree, regicide means the killing of a king, the emblem probably represents the fact that we have killed oryx once and did it again by stopping his resurrection.
I actally really like the dungeon (the major issue I have is the 4 buffs to dunk at start) I also love these kind of videos And here I wondered why there was a shireker only some of the times. And nice Wellskate skip, I will keep that in mind

Also, Lucent Moths spawned by Simmumah used to become chill once you go inside methane, but since TFS it was changed, they continue to chase you even in methane.
I wished they duped us like the ghost we kill to start the final boss, was actually hers and when she dies everything scramble to find it only to realize we already did. Then the ritual completes whith her death, oryx comes to life pops a dawnblade and flys out of the ocean. "Lucent king oryx" that would have made an awesome story. 👌
king of unrelated but, where the navigator parts done a while ago? i tried to grapple fly yesterday and it didnt matter what i tryed i couldnt get the cooldown to go away, at some point it didnt even start until i touched the ground, swaped to other navigator and to ager but nothing, looked up if it was patched but i couldnt see anything about it, there was a patch but ppl found a way arround it and in the vids didnt say patched so yeah, i remember that we could do it in dual destiny and even in bis so idk
when you shoot the navigator grapple point, you cannot be touching the ground and have to be in the air. then switching while in the grapple animation doesnt start the cooldown timer

@@ismaelmeza3220 X2 arc resist and T10 resil is a must, woven nail or frost armor is also nice to have. try to avoid them as much as possible and try not to blow them up if they aren't aggro towards you
@@PsiTheShark Hard to do that in the second encounter when the acolytes keep spawning in with more, and most of the time, they'll just explode without taking damage
@@ismaelmeza3220 having some kind of splash aoe weapons or abilities do help. Or playing it safe with infinite invis builds, BoW, or stasis turret spam

One of the cooler parts about the necromancy ost is how it starts as the regicide theme and perfectly transitions into savathuns ost. it’s so good.
