    I almost cried to have found out the burning of books. I remember the library of Alexandria... Imagine how far our civilization have move forward if we haven't lost those libraries.

    So according to you Gingis khan was a very reasonable diplomat full of respect for his enemies. 👎

      In the initial encounter with the Khwarazm Empire, Genghis Khan did approach them with diplomacy, trying to establish peaceful trade relations. However, after the betrayal by the Khwarazm Shah, things took a brutal turn. While he showed diplomatic efforts at first, the events that followed revealed the harsh and destructive side of his conquests, which, as history shows, were indeed devastating.
