The city is advancing faster than the public. Public awareness must be promoted. Sooner or later, Ethiopia will be one of the prosperous nations in the world. Kudos to the current administration and the Frontline hard-working Ethiopians. I would like to add some advice, in most of the cases, with the advancement, there will be a lot of influx of visitors from other nations that will be visiting Ethiopia that brings corrupted ideologies and messed-up social values which is unethical and immoral practices to the society and the Ethiopian government must be put in place strict rules of laws that visitors abide by and if they break the laws must be held accountable. Ethiopia must not comprise any of its healthy societal values with unnatural, unethical, and immoral values that are spreading like a pandemic accorss the world.

btw, it is only the part that is close to AU fence that doesn't have pedestrian's street.
Better questions are 1) are pedestrians prohibited walking closer to AU gated fence? OR 2) is the city administration still working with AU to deal with the fence? OR are they still working on it? Sounds silly to assume those who build the whole structure would miss what you noticed from the video.
