    INSTRUCTIONS
    Listen to the track at a comfortable volume, with or without headphones. The subliminal does not need to be played loudly, but it does need to be audible. Avoid listening to other things simultaneously such as TV, music, or any medium where you can hear someone else talking or singing, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the subliminal. Try to put yourself into a positive and relaxed state of mind before listening. Take deep breaths, and keep well hydrated. It is best to listen while performing other relaxing activities such as reading or studying. You may also listen while sleeping.
    Consistency is key. For best results, listen every day, preferably at the same time each day, for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. Once per day is sufficient. Results are highly individual, and some people begin to experience positive changes much sooner than others, but for full and long lasting results, it is recommended that you listen for 4-12 weeks.
    Subliminal affirmations can cause drowsiness and inattention. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or engaging in other potentially dangerous activities which require your full attention.

    I am amazed at how the day dreaming is less, I have listen to this every night, I don’t know how it works maybe is mental suggestion, I don’t care, it has worked, I have noticed when people talk to me I am actually paying attention to everything, and I don’t get that lost on my dreams, THANK YOU THANK YOU.

    I'm so tired of living in my imagination while the real world goes by, I'm tired of missing out on normal life experiences everyone my age has, i'm tired of people laughing at me when i get lost in a daydream and start jumping around or making faces lol i will listen to this everyday along with the video by miss synergy. please wish me luck

    This video is a miracle, maybe its the placebo effect, but even so, every time my mind feels insanely foggy and my mind keeps drifting off, I listen to this to study and has helped me every time.
    At first I didn't feel any real effects, but I gave it a shot and listened to it everyday for the recommended 2 weeks, and here I am, fog-free, daydream free (although I kinda miss the dreams... haha jk). Thank you so much, and merry christmas!

    Hello....I am 22 years old and I have been daydreaming for past 8 years. It has really destroyed my academics and social circle. I prefered staying in my room rather than going out with my friends or studying even at the time of examinations. Maladaptive really ruined my life. But 4-5 days back I came across this session. I have tried some methods of guided meditation before as well but I could never continue it for more than 5 min and would start daydreaming again. After listening to this I have not daydreamed since. Not even for 5 min. For me I really can see 100% results. It's really a magic. Although I miss it but whenever I have a urge to daydream I listen to this. I am listening to this for approx 1.5 hrs in a day. Sometimes for 10 min. And sometime for 1 hr. I love this. I have started feeling good about myself. Thank you so much to the creator.     I’ve been listening overnight to this along with the rain sounds version for a few days and it’s been working really well. I’ve gotten less urges to go daydream and it’s taking up less space in my mind and thoughts. I’ve been suffering from Maladaptive daydreaming since I was 3 and I thought I would never be able to stop. It takes up many hours of each day and makes me feel bored and stressed.     I'm so pained when writing this. I was always a good student, what all I could've achieved by now,only if I knew I'm suffering from this condition.
    Most my life I've done day dreaming. I flunked my exams, almost ruined my career, lost friends and time with them as I wanted to stay at home and day dream. That was my safest place. What I couldn't achieve in my life I dreamt myself doing all that. I was the heroine of my movie.
    Today when I heard the word Maladaptive Day Dreaming and Googled it, I realised, it was because of this medical condition.
    I always wanted to ask people if they also had such issues, but couldn't as I thought they will laugh or won't understand. Now that I realise, I didn't always day dream.It started after my board exams. When I couldn't score some papers properly and my father wouldn't talk to me for one year and I used to stay locked in my room for the entire time period till he was at home, I started day dreaming soon after that. So this condition must've started then.

      I'm so sorry to hear about your painful situation, and especially your father not talking to you for such a long period of time. That must really hurt, and it's completely understandable to want to imagine a better life for yourself.
      Realizing that you have a problem with daydreaming and wanting to stop are important first steps to getting better. And I hope you derive some comfort from knowing that many people suffer or have suffered from this and have gotten better (myself included). I hope this audio helps to give you some relief.       @@30MinuteMindset Thank you for your kind words. I've been doing meditation from one week, to forget my ex, who cheated on me. Last year my break up was so painful, as this condition amplified my imagination.I tried psychological treatment, but doctor said I'm still thinking about him as my brain craves dopamine.It has been more than a year.Only recently from past 1 week, after meditation and chakra clearing I realised I'm not spending that much time thinking about him. Also realisation of this condition and your subs are very helpful.

    If this works, i owe you my life. MDD is destroying my life. I previously tried sublimal hypnosis for my carcinophobia(an irrational fear of cancer) and it was nothing short of a miracle. Hoping for another miracle. Thank you so much for thinking about people who suffer with MDD, not many do.

    I'm not actually diagnosed with MDD but I certainly spend a big part of my day creating false scenarios where I look like a really cool person, but I know that to become that person in real life I have to stop daydreaming about it, especially when I listen to music, I can't enjoy it, I just imagine myself singing in a karaoke or something like that. I'm going to listen to this audio every night and I will update my results, I really hope that it works because I need to start enjoying my life. I hope that every person that has MDD can start living their best liife, their reality :)

    I didn't even realise this was a thing until I saw it on a mental health Channel. I knew I daydreamed alot but I just thought I did a little bit more because I was alone alot. I only found out it was this serious late last year. I've been doing this for years with out realising it was a problem. But I see it now. I would rather bail on my friends and going out and experiencing life to sit at home and play out these wild scenarios in my head. God I wish I knew what this was before it got so bad. It's so incredibly hard to stop now. I hope this helps.

      Hey just wanted to update you on my results from this subliminal. Want to say a lot but will keep it simplified as possible. Majority of my life I've lived in a dream world, and one night of this and I see my reality and feel I can strive to make this reality my success THANK YOU!
      Paid 40 dollars for two custom made subliminals about daydreaming both didn't even come close to what I've received from using this. I can imagine again about creating not being something else and hating that it will never happen.     This works fast I listened two full times
    After minutes I put the headphones on ready to go into a daydream state but just under 2 minutes I stopped doing it and took off the headphones This was almost impossible on yesterday and years ago,it took 1 or 2 hours thank you I'm so grateful to you

      You're very welcome, glad its helpful! You don't necessarily have to listen every day or for the entire 30 minutes, but I do recommend to listen regularly, a few times a week, and listen for at least 10 minutes at a time. If you are just going to listen for a short time, listening first thing in the morning or just before going to sleep at night are optimum times, as your mind is most receptive then. Alternately, you could let it play while you are sleeping; it works just as well.

      That's totally understandable; it's how I felt too when I used to daydream a lot. Just know that you don't need to be totally on board with everything in the beginning. Just working towards changing, whether you feel fully committed or not, is a great first step. And this audio does contain affirmations to help you be more interested in your real life and have less interest in your daydreams. So you may find over time that your desire to daydream just naturally decreases. Best wishes to you!

    Tbh wanna know if i’m a maladaptive daydreamer or not. I rarely daydream about myself but about literally being the celebrities that i stan. Am I too obsessed? Or am I just attracted to fame and money? I never have a daydream without the people i stan in it. When i do daydream about myself i imagine they’re still there but they’re watching me..
    I do pace around my rooms with music playing

      Daydreaming can be healthy, depending on the circumstances. You need to decide for yourself whether or not you think it's harmful. Is it interfering with your life, as in, are you wasting a lot of time daydreaming when you could be doing something more productive? Do you prefer daydreaming to socializing with other people? Is daydreaming causing problems with your studies, relationships or work? Do you feel agitated when you can't daydream, as if daydreaming was an addiction? If any of the above is true, you may want to reduce your time daydreaming. Hope that helps, take care!

      @@30MinuteMindset well the thing is. I get good grades and i can study pretty good, I don’t have sleeping problems. I only daydream when i’m all alone but i used to do it alot with pacing/listening to music. I’m trying my best to make it less worse but it’s hard. I get very strong anxiety from it but I don’t know for sure why. The anxious feelings are a problem atm

      I can't say for sure since I don't know you personally; you would need to consult a professional local to you to know for sure. However what you're describing does sound like maladaptive daydreaming. Many people with MDD play out whole scenarios and stories in their mind, with multiple characters, dialogue, emotions, etc. My first suggestion to you would be to seek out a mental health professional locally to discuss this with. But if that's not an option for you, I suggest you try listening to this audio, and it may also be helpful to you if you can find some creative pursuit (art, writing, etc) to channel your imagination. Many people who experience MDD are actually very creative and benefit from channeling their creativity. Hope that helps, take care! =)

    I am a maladaptive daydreamer but I have problem of intrusive thoughts too (OCD)... recently I started listening to your Subliminal for Intrusive thoughts and it has helped me so much ❤️
    But I still have MD problems....my studies and life is getting affected coz I lose track of time while daydreaming....
    Should I listen to both of your Subliminals ??? Can you give me any suggestion ???

      Yes, you can listen to both, if helpful. My general recommendation is no more than 3 different audios at a time, so two should be perfectly fine. Everyone responds differently though, so if you do find after a few days that two is too many, I suggest you then pick the issue which is most important and listen to that one first, then add or replace it with the other one, once you have seen some good results.       @@aii1710 hey. Yeah so I started on twelfth and I have listened on three days since then. So far I haven't like started listening to it everyday. I have listened on three different days for an hour a day and I think it's working. I do daydream still but now it's more like I know I don't want to and it does not exceed ten minutes. It's like out of habit I start daydreaming but then a voice in my mind bees like no you don't want to do that. You love your reality and don't wanna go in these fantasies which I think our great changes concerned with the time for which I have listened. I would continue to listen and try to do it everyday. It's a process, but over time, the subliminal helps you to have less interest in daydreaming, fewer thoughts of daydreaming, while having more interest in normal every day activities and relationships.       Thanks for your question! Results are highly individual, so I can't say exactly how you personally will respond. It depends on many factors such as how long you listen, how open you are to change, whether or not hypnosis or subliminal affirmations are effective for you (they don't work for some people), and so on. I always suggest to listen regularly, a few times a week, for at least 21 days, since 21 days is the generally accepted length of time it takes to form a new habit. You can also listen while sleeping; that works very well for some people.
      I've had requests for a couple of different versions of this audio, a spoken version, where you hear the affirmations out loud and repeat them to yourself (some people prefer this method), and a second subliminal version with rain instead of waves. The spoken version is going up this coming Sunday, and the rain version early in January. So there will a couple more audios to choose from very soon.       What do you mean by a loud voice? If it's your own voice and you are speaking out loud to memorize or learn, that's perfectly fine.       Thanks for your question! The audio contains subliminal messages (you can read the full list in the description). These messages are set at a low decibel level and masked by the nature sounds (or music, in the case of sessions that contain music). Although they are barely able to be heard, they are still within the range of human hearing, and this allows the messages to bypass your conscious mind and instead be picked up by your subconscious. Your subconscious mind is highly suggestible, and absorbs these messages easily, which can create lasting changes in your thought patterns, mindset or behaviours. Hope that helps, good luck! =)

      Everyone's experience of using subliminal affirmations is different. Some people experience a change almost immediately, some listen a few times and then notice changes, and a few don't notice any changes at all. I suggest you try it out, keeping an open mind, and see how it works for you. And remember that subliminal affirmations are not a magic pill... your willpower and mindset are ultimately what determines your success.All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.     Thank you so much for your time and effort. But there is too much messages. Do you think it would be more effective with less subliminal messages and more simple ones? Because subconscious mind is like a 5 year old kid. These messages are too complicated for it.

      Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it! There are different schools of thought on this. I wouldn't necessarily agree that the subconscious mind is like a 5 year old child, though there is some merit in having fewer messages, I do agree with you there. Many professionals suggest no more than 15-20 messages per session, but it does also depend on how long the track is and how long you listen. That being said, I do have several other subliminal sessions with fewer messages. But in this particular case, it was a request, so I developed it as requested. I just began uploading to this channel in January, and I am still learning what works best, what my viewers prefer, and constantly revising how I do the tracks. Maybe at some point in future I will redo this one, since it seems to be quite popular. I will keep in mind what you said, thanks so much for commenting!

      Oh sorry I didn't realize you were asking a question! What I stated in the first post is just my opinion, though it is based on the principles of clinical hypnotherapy. You may have another opinion, and that is perfectly fine! It depends on what background you are coming from. From hypnotherapy (which also has varying opinions, depending on who you talk to!), my experience is that different people prefer different types of affirmations (long, short, many, fewer, complex, simple, spoken, subliminal, etc) and achieve better results through the method they prefer. While there are some general guidelines and ethical considerations, there are few hard and fast rules; everyone is individual. That's why its a bit tricky to do this online, because everyone is different. Basically I tell people to experiment and see what works best for them and use that. No one particular method will work well for everyone.
      Thanks also for the clarification about the subconscious mind. Again, there are differing opinions, and yours is definitely a valid one. It might be what is best for you; trust your intuition. And yes, the subconscious mind does take information easily though I would say not necessarily without question. It depends on the person. Some people are very receptive and suggestible, and others are not receptive at all. You see this for example in people who are not able to be hypnotized. Above all, you need to remember that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and I believe this applies to subliminal affirmations as well. The power is within you to accept or reject suggestions, and ultimately you are the one in control and who makes changes. I'm just offering a tool to help you unlock your own power.

      30 Minute Mindset thank you for detailed explanation. Yes that's right. Some people are not receptive. They having headaches and other side effects while listening these tracks because of resistance of their subconscious mind. But I feel like this one will help me.

      You shouldn't be experiencing headaches from listening to this particular audio; it doesn't contain any frequencies. But if you do experience headaches or any other unpleasant side effects, I always recommend to take a break or stop listening all together. Hope that helps!

    I love the sounds of the waves but I’m a little confused as to how this works. Am I supposed to hear these messages listed? Am I supposed to read them first and think of them while listening? I could only hear waves, could someone please explain this to me?

      No, you are not supposed to hear the messages; you can read them if you would like, but it's not necessary. These are SUBLIMINAL affirmations, not spoken ones, which essentially means you are not meant to hear them consciously. Subliminal means they target your subconscious mind, rather than your conscious mind. The messages are masked by the ocean wave sounds. This masking allows them to bypass the conscious mind and instead be picked up by the subconscious. The subconscious mind is highly suggestible in most people, so it's possible to create lasting changes in thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours simply by listening to the wave sounds in the background while doing other passive activities or even while sleeping.
