100% agree that SVG needs to go to Cup next year. At the moment he’s learning ovals but he’s also learning a car that handles nothing like the Cup car, so he’s learning info he doesn’t need to know. He said himself when he jumped in the cup car on an oval it felt more normal to him and he could drive it better coz the handling made sense. He led laps at Talladega on an oval and would have finished inside the top ten if Gibbs didn’t put a stupid block on the third lane and completely kill it on the last two laps. He will be good on ovals in no time in Cup coz his ability and learning rate is insane. People writing him off have no idea.
When SVG moves to cup series with trackhouse they will be one of the best road course teams in cup bc SVG, Chastain, & Saurez are all good on road course battle between trackhouse and HMS on road course
I don’t think I understand that SVG could go to IndyCar, and win that as well human McLaughlin were tough competitors, and I pretty sure that SVG has more experience in open wheels when they were younger
SVG is possibly the best sedan car left right and brake driver in the world, the fairy boys from F1 wouldn't live with him in a Nascar....if there's enough Street and road races why wouldn't you have him in Cup, would be ridiculous not too. ...If Trackhouse don't want him maybe goes elsewhere.
NASCAR for us Australians was never on the radar,was never much interest in it,but with SVG & few others giving it ago, it is gaining in popularity over here.We have fantastic drivers as well.Marcos Ambrose was really the ‘trail blazer’ in many ways.🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🏎️🏎️

You’re telling me a driver with still basically no oval track experience taking a potential ride from maybe someone who has worked their whole life for that opportunity?? I don’t care how old the guy is or what he has done in an entirely different form of racing in another country. Let’s face it his wins are on road courses. How many career starts and win does he have on those types of tracks? How many NASCAR WINS does he have on a oval? Let him get 5-10 wins on an oval in the minor league then people can start talking full time cup ride. Ummm then again he’d probably have to drive till he’s fifty to get those 10 wins on any oval.

SVG needs to be in a Cup car asap. Cup cars are much closer to Supercar's than Xfinity cars are. Keeping him in a Xfinity car is slowing him down

Joe Custer should negotiate a charter transfer to RFK, and stipulate that Cole gets the ride. That seems like the easy solution for the 4th charter.
