It really shows the absolute strength of Mother Nature when man has a 80k pound vehicle with hydraulic power and it struggles at times to pull out some of those trees! Always satisfying to watch!
Mr Chris, You sir, are a regular artist with a piece of equipment when it comes to turning dirt into something of usefulness. I admire your eye in seeing what needs to be cut out and what needs to be filled in.
@user-ji1nh1j I'm very sorry about your cancer. I have been going through my cancer issues for 7 years now and I have been watching Chris' videos every day and I feel that it has helped me. If he doesn't post some days i just watch old ones. Even if they don't help me they sure as hell don't hurt me lol. I love watching his videos and have seen all of them at least once but most of them at least twice. I pray you get to hold on for a long time. God bless you and keep smiling and watch as many of his videos everyday. I try to watch 4 - 6 everyday. Thanks Chris for sharing and God bless you. 👍👍🫶
Hi there. Jesus loves you. If you believe He can heal you from cancer then your health will be restored. Do you believe this? I hope you do. I'll pray for you here in South America. All-Mighty God Bless You.
The size of the 330 shows on its swing reach on that opening driveway when you were dropping spoil dirt. That was like 30+ feet away and the size of the pile in a few minutes! Of course, every machine has its area of strength and weaknesses!
I think you need fuzzy dice for the 330 as it would make it FAR more practical for the work you are doing. I have put hot pink fuzzy dice in mine and I swear I am now 37 times more productive despite the extremely high cost and added weight factor. I’m so glad I saw some UA-cam experts post about getting fuzzy dice in the comment section! It definitely saved my business. You MUST do it too!
Mulcher head on skid to outline the lot might have been faster. It's amazing to see how quickly the driveways went in and gravel spread smooth ready to use 👍
Looking really good there. Did not realize that each lot had it's own driveway off the main road when this was first laid out. Thought there would be a street or road in with individual drives off of it. Of course that is what is required in my area to limit the access to main road but then becomes a headache with common private road or build to county specs to give the county the road and right of way easements. This seems better from paperwork and "getting along factor" for neighbors but just not allowed here. Each individual responsible for their own driveway and not dealing with common ground this way. But several ditch crossings to keep up.
I can't remember if it was on this channel or Geoff's but I believe each lot had to have access to the main road because of the county(IIRC), but yeah I remember one of the initial drawings it had a central road/drive.
Pretty sure it was the tract of land on the other side of the road that had the central drive. That had a delayed closing because of having to remove a non-existent stream from the records.
I like that you are getting the root wad out with the trees. When someone mulches a lot and sells it they are selling a pig in the poke. What is below ground is unseen but is big trouble.
Everything looking good. Skid steer does a great job spreading dirt and gravel plus you make it look easy. Thank you Chris. Well the old ground didn't see his shadow so Spring is on the way. ha ha We will see.
The older 220 Volvo is an amazing machine too, many days gone by on that girl through a lot of jobs! She still gets the job done! And she still looks great my friend! 👌🏻👍🏻
Thanks for the update sir. Once again, a lot accomplished, to me this seems to be going pretty smoothly to date, hope it continues to do so, looks better every time you spend a day working and developing the property, enjoying this series.
Looking nice so far this one my thoughts would be to stay away from the road and build down over the the hill we will know when you square off and see it better the driveways look good nicely done on them 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
Your videos are awesome to watch I'd love to see you show your work as it happens to like when you done it when I started watching not pictures of it after you have done the work thanks for sharing
This project is coming along well bro, once that over growth is cleared away it should give prospective buyers a better look at what's there. That track loader is working out right handy. Safe travels. Ken.
Yeah Man, That's all ya need in there is the 330 and the loader. Seems to be getting it done just fine !! I do think the 220 with the thumb is really good at clearing, seen ya do so much with it, you can really make some time with it ripping it all out and stacking it up to burn , all in one lick !! lolol... Got it coming on a long , looking Great Chris !! Have a Great Evening Man, And, On to the next !!
Fun to watch as always! I'm surprised that your driveways can slope straight down to the pavement. Out here in the Northwest we need a negative slope at the pavement (mini swale over the pipe), so that the water coming off the driveway doesn't go straight to the road.
Ok, my idea of sending image isn't going to happen... they have a ditch witch, lots of blue pvc pipe with bells on one end and rubber on other end. I think it's water main supply or storm water sewe. Whats your guess?r
Another nice episode of Chris clearing Geoff's new property he's developing into a housing development. Git home from a day at the VA, took a nap, woke up and found it in my feed. Thanks Chris.
Wouldn't surprise me if Chris adds a thumb to this 330 in the near future. Be nice if one was available that was semi-quick attach. Another enjoyable video.
Do you hold auditions for trucks to haul for you? You always seem to have the best looking trucks hauling for you. Keep up with the comment generator about the never to come thumb on the 330.
Hi Chris good to see the 330 earning its keep again looks a nice tidy machine guess a thumb would be useful on it don't know a lot about excavators is it possible to fit a thumb to it our son is a hydraulic engineer and has fitted up excavators I believe Regards Les from New Zealand
Hey Chris, I have recently subscribed to your channel. I am from Australia and have friends in the road construction industry. I enjoy all your videos. You are an absolute perfectionist and a gentleman. I reckon you could pick up a can of coke off the ground with an excavator. Keep up the great work.
Chris, didn't you and Geoff state at one point while looking at all this porperty that he was gonna keep some of it for himself and not sell ALL of it?? Love the driveways you did. Great progress, you have the property across the street as well don't you?? Can't wait to see the " Other" Project that geoff bought, where you gonna have to tear down the house and the barn. What is that gonna be at some point?? Geoff is keeping you busy!
No need to pick it up by hand if you know how to operate an excavator as well as you do Chris, you’re the Man as always! Even without a thumb but I still hope you add a thumb to the 330, I think you’ll still enjoy it more and easier on you! Just saying my friend! 🤦🏼🤷🏼
Chris, how reasonable is stone priced in that area? Down here it’s $1300+ for a load of #57 or crusher run. No quarries within 2 hours of our area. We have limestone(FLBC) available but it’s expensive as crap too. Surely that’s not your buddy’s newest truck hauling that rock? Must be one of the nice older ones. He has a nice fleet.
Chris, a question. Do you have much of a problem with people interfering with the machinery when it is sitting at sites and or theft or is it pretty good in your area? I got to admit I do like watching driveways go in there is something satisfying about seeing the end result. Keep well everyone :)
Sooo Smart! You got it Down!!! Experience wins,! Thanks again for all you do!❤even if it's Anything, Ponds are the Coolest but I grew up with a fishing 🎣 pole 😀 😆 lol
It really shows the absolute strength of Mother Nature when man has a 80k pound vehicle with hydraulic power and it struggles at times to pull out some of those trees! Always satisfying to watch!
The new camera position showing your view from inside the cab is great. excellent idea!
Mr Chris, You sir, are a regular artist with a piece of equipment when it comes to turning dirt into something of usefulness. I admire your eye in seeing what needs to be cut out and what needs to be filled in.
I love the front view you gave us with the track loader. Perfect in my opinion!
Chris have been in hospital found out that I had lung cancer and will watch your videos long as I open my eyes
Hoping that the gentle hum of the Excavator can help.
May you find healing and solutions

Prayers up for your health and healing 🙏
May you stay ahead of the Demon! Prayers.

All-Mighty God Bless You.
This was nice, especially after seeing the post results yesterday. You do such awesome work, Chris. Thanks for sharing it.
Driveways are always a cool video!! Love to see the dump trucks!! Some are really sweet looking!! Good progress today!!
Did you watch the feature video he had done on the blue truck? About a year ago or so I think.
@@MowTheLawnWithMe I did. That’s one sweet truck
@@MowTheLawnWithMe The dump truck is too weak, isn't it?
The size of the 330 shows on its swing reach on that opening driveway when you were dropping spoil dirt. That was like 30+ feet away and the size of the pile in a few minutes! Of course, every machine has its area of strength and weaknesses!
The winter dreary weather and the lifeless looking brush. 😪 Brightside no rain and mud. 😄 Good video Chris.😎

It’s like being ducked, huh? Lolyou ought to send Chris a pair! They might not have fuzzy dice in Eastern NC!
You think fuzzy dice has helped, wait until you get the efficiency boost from a hula girl on the dash!
The new camera position showing your view from inside the cab excellent idea AND so much warmer for us all, very thoughtful of you
Good job. Take a before and after aerial of all the driveway installs.
Yeah they're going to be some nice building lots there. Going to be good out in the country. Be all right. 👍👍🇨🇦🙂
Mulcher head on skid to outline the lot might have been faster. It's amazing to see how quickly the driveways went in and gravel spread smooth ready to use 👍
Probably should have finished watching before I opened my yap 😂

Really enjoy watching you work, you are so meticulous and it shows in your completed work, well done
Everything looking good. Skid steer does a great job spreading dirt and gravel plus you make it look easy. Thank you Chris.
Well the old ground didn't see his shadow so Spring is on the way. ha ha We will see.
I love machines and I live vicariously through Chris. I still miss his Volvo 550. I loved that big ole excavator. ❤
The older 220 Volvo is an amazing machine too, many days gone by on that girl through a lot of jobs! She still gets the job done! And she still looks great my friend! 👌🏻👍🏻
Fleet use savvy in action on this project. New plot owners must be happy to have entrances in place. Plot 6 plans are interesting.
Thanks for the update sir. Once again, a lot accomplished, to me this seems to be going pretty smoothly to date, hope it continues to do so, looks better every time you spend a day working and developing the property, enjoying this series.

Sure changes fast. Always so neat😊😊😊😊
Job sites coming all very quickly Chris I especially like the track loader to day cleaning the site up nicely 👌 👍
Chris, thank you for showing us this process. Cool!
Awesome work Chris, coming along nice, making really good progress, thanks for sharing an I look forward to seeing the next video
Your videos are awesome to watch I'd love to see you show your work as it happens to like when you done it when I started watching not pictures of it after you have done the work thanks for sharing
Chris your a master, doesn’t matter what machine you have on site, you get it done 💪💪🤗🇺🇸
I hope you had as much satisfaction as I/we did just watching you ply your trade. Great as always. Ta! ( is 🇦🇺 for thanks). 👍
Howdy Chris! Have a good one, take care and God Bless ya Brother!!!❤😊
Thanks for sharing Cris, You really need a thumb on that 330. Stay safe.
This project is coming along well bro, once that over growth is cleared away it should give prospective buyers a better look at what's there. That track loader is working out right handy. Safe travels. Ken.
Glad to see I’m not the only one who needs to replace boards on their trailer.
Lots of work done in short order. Thanks
Great day for culvert work! Andrew this am, and Chris this pm!
Wonderful and professional work my friend.
Yeah Man, That's all ya need in there is the 330 and the loader. Seems to be getting it done just fine !! I like how Geoff's listing for that last lot includes a picture from inside the loader.
Fun to watch as always! I'm surprised that your driveways can slope straight down to the pavement. Out here in the Northwest we need a negative slope at the pavement (mini swale over the pipe), so that the water coming off the driveway doesn't go straight to the road.
The 953 or D6 with the root rake would be my weapon of choice or clearing brush and small trees.
Stumping is my favorite part of your videos.
Ok, my idea of sending image isn't going to happen... they have a ditch witch, lots of blue pvc pipe with bells on one end and rubber on other end. I think it's water main supply or storm water sewe. Whats your guess?r
Like the video and the all the construction machine working .
Another nice episode of Chris clearing Geoff's new property he's developing into a housing development.
Git home from a day at the VA, took a nap, woke up and found it in my feed.
Thanks Chris.
Useing a track loaded has a bull dozer that nice first time I have seen that done
Camera quality is great.
Chris thanks for sharing! Kevin
How do you cut the pipe, Chris? Sawzall or circular saw maybe?
In the previous video he used a sawsall. I think that’s the go to for these plastic ones
Some of the stumps give the 330 hard time you would figure they would come up easier. Thanks for the video
Geoff keeps you busy. I would love to play with your toys. 😊
you do great work, however watching more great farm land being lost makes one wonder how we are going to grow food?
Super nice work, thanks for the video!
Looking good Chris
We enjoyed that very much.
Top Shelf camera angle👍!
You remind us old times how the old 55 & 77 use to do all clearing in my years
Boa noite Muito top serviço máquina meu amigo
Hi Chris, love your videos 😊
Wouldn't surprise me if Chris adds a thumb to this 330 in the near future. Be nice if one was available that was semi-quick attach. Another enjoyable video.
I reckon it'll be a manual thumb, like on the old orange Hyundai. Some of the benefits, none of the hydraulic lines.
That land has some nice red clay!!
THANKS!
Driveways are going great 90 acre project how many more time for the road grader great video thanks Chris and dump driver
Think all that could be done by the fabulous track loader, no excavator or compact loader was needed.
Do you hold auditions for trucks to haul for you? You always seem to have the best looking trucks hauling for you. Keep up with the comment generator about the never to come thumb on the 330.
Haha my buddy runs top notch trucks and takes care of me so I always call him
Very nice work.
Imma big fan Mr lets dig18...KEEP ON KEEPIN ON BRO~!...PS....YA that thumb is pretty dang handy lol🤣🤣
Hi everyone it doesn't seem that long since Chris bought the used Hitachi and now look at his fleet!
Hi Chris good to see the 330 earning its keep again looks a nice tidy machine guess a thumb would be useful on it don't know a lot about excavators is it possible to fit a thumb to it our son is a hydraulic engineer and has fitted up excavators I believe

Job well done 👍🏻
That's just showing off.... LOL @6:38
The timelapse shots are much better than the before and after shots.
Longer the videos the better. 44 minutes is perfect
Always good to watch Man! Could you get a body mic? Voice is lost in noisey equipment. Also a camera outside from a distance veiw and a drone!
This lot is the one yall were talking about maybe building a small pond on?
Chris, didn't you and Geoff state at one point while looking at all this porperty that he was gonna keep some of it for himself and not sell ALL of it?? Love the driveways you did. Yep :)

Is there a requirement to have safety cones when you’re digging so close to a fog in North Carolina?
Another nice video Chris.

nice video wish he let you save some hard woods on vacant lot
👍 Thanks
would it not be an option to fit a thumb to the big machine for clearing trees and then remove it when needing it for large earth moving?
I think Chris said way back the cost was about 60k maybe not worth it ,plus taking it on and off would be a pain
LetsCulvert18!😊

Nice job Chris
That CAT is singing now.
Is it harder top handle the big stumps without the thumb?
Keep on grading
THANK YOU
Great video again!
I can bet u they will have u back to dig house lots ...
32:48 That is where the thumb comes in handy.
