Cool car. I’ve got a 86 GT with a Windsor. I saw your drivers side valve cover that was modified to clear the break booster. I converted to manual brakes using the Jegs $150.00 master cylinder kit. It’s amazing how a BBF fits nicely into the Foxbody mustang. I bet headers are fun. I’ve got the BBK 1-3/4” primary long tubes and the divers side is too simple, but the passenger side is a little bit harder. Love the BBF power!
The headers are really fun. Haha. Nope. I ran manual brakes on this car for a while. They worked ok. I still have all the stuff to swap back if I want. Ford did good by designing the Fox with a cavernous engine bay that you can literally stick any engine in. 😄. If I had to do it all over, I'd probably do a 351 based engine. They are just the right size. 👍
I had a 351 Windsor in an 85 gt,no issues with valve cover clearance on the brake side. Although I was using Moroso solid motor mounts that were about an inch taller that stock motor mounts. Awesome build,subbed!
