Thank you all for watching today! I had an unkind comment about why I'm not showing you all the house. And I know most of you know why. But if you don't.. it's for privacy reasons. And I know most of you understand! The Owners of the house still live in it so I didn't feel right sharing their space while they're there. They are basically renting it back from us. Once we get the keys to the house I will most certainly show you right away. I'm so excited to show you and I'm sad I couldn't yet! I'm not doing it for personal gain..
Don’t apologise Lynette we understand why you at this time cannot show it. Keep up the good work I love watching you and your beautiful family 😍 you are so like your Mum she is a very kind and caring woman send my love to her 💕 also love to you and your family 💕💕 xx
Just block the "unkind comment" person. We all heard you saw the house is not vacant yet. We the viewers, love you and your family so much. Block and it's gone.
I’m a stay at Home Mom and Pastors wife. Your Spiritual talk today was such a Blessing. Thanks for not being ashamed to talk about Jesus and his sacrifice and Love. Thanks for sharing your life with us. 💜
I’m a mom on the other end. My son is about 21 and my daughter is 14. Two things I have learned. Love them without conditions, regardless of their path because it’s their path. Second, if you mess up, apologize. If our kids see us as human and that we make mistakes, I feel like their is so much more respect and understanding that goes both ways.
13:10 "I guess I feel like I'm preaching right now." Yes! Preach it! I haven't even finished your video yet but I had to pause it to come here and thank you for speaking the way you are. The way you are putting the message of God's love into language anyone could understand, whether saved or not, is beautiful. Love your videos and thank you for sharing your life with us!
I love that God brought me to your channel. You are a breath of fresh air! Love your faith in Christ and that you share it freely, love your beautiful decorating, your sweet family, cooking, baking and all of it. I am repotting several of my houseplants also. Our North Texas heat and humidity isi better than hit was earlier with 105+ temps, but I still have to do it earlier in the day if I don't want to be drenched. Speaking of God's love for us...we can never fully comprehend how amazing His love is for us. But when we become parents we get a glimpse of what it is. How much do we want to pour out love and protection and goodness and blessings on our children...that is a glimpse of His amazing love for us. We would give our lives for our children to take away their hurts and sicknesses. That is just a glimpse of what Christ did for us only on His grander scale of pure love. Keep on and praying for your family to continue in the faith and the work He has blessed you to do. En Agape & Shalom, Victoria
I have said basically the same exact things many times! One of the greatest thing about being a parent is having a fuller understanding of God's heart towards us!!
Lynette, you are real, and that is such a positive quality in a person. The fact that you want to be a better parent tells me that you are actually a great parent already. Enjoy those babies while you have them!
Don't let anyone bully you into changing your "boundaries." I'm sure most of us enjoy and appreciate how much you DO share and you're wise to have ethical standards. Your channel has no place for snarky comments from viewers.
I'm also a mom of four with kids of similar ages (3-12 years old). I can relate to having a teenager soon and all of the thoughts/emotions that go along with that. I often struggle with feeling overwhelmed with stress. I certainly appreciate your calm demeanor, as watching you fold laundry, make coffee, take care of your littles, is done with such grace and serenity. Thank you for sharing God's Word as well. I can feel His peace through watching you. Thank you for blessing my day and I hope you have a blessed day as well 😊
From a Grandmas perspective, you and Nick are more than enough to raise happy, successful, well-adjusted children. You give an abundance of love and are excellent role models. Also, Gods mercy and love is neverending. Much love to you and your beautiful family.
Lynette, you are a great Mom! I have 3 grown men ages 32,34,and 39! I’m a grandma of 2 also. I can say from my parenting if just Love your family like you already do.Spend time with them as they age, and have open mind. Children will challenge us at every age. Enjoy your young children, and the teenage years are very trying for parents! But,we do get through it. Now I have a great relationship with my sons. I look back as a young mother and if I could change some things I would. They survived, and so did we. Don’t be so worrisome , your a Great parent.
I dont ever comment on blogs, but I felt compelled to do so today. I loved your video. I am a Christian but did not have right, godly teaching when my kids were little. I relate when u were talking about not shutting them down or putting them in a box. U r so right! They have emotional needs that need to be met. I think u r doing a fantastic job with your kids! I love your sweet and kind spirit. I am watching a series of videos so I can be a help to my daughter with her kids. Thank u so much for sharing your life. May God richly bless u and your family. ❤
I love how you speak so freely about your faith. We should all be letting our light shine for our Lord and Savior. I throughly enjoy watching your videos.
Little O took over camera duties quite well. I sure needed this introspective, loving family video right now. Dealing with a tragic death in our family. This helped. God’s unmerited favor, grace, helps too. Thank you for posting.

Such a beautiful family and life that you have❤ my husband and I have just found out that we are expecting our first child, and I pray and hope to be as peaceful and loving as you. Good job Momma❤❤🙏
Thank you Lynette. I appreciate your wisdom and encouragement. I am a follower of Christ and I am struggling right now. I would appreciate your prayers. ♥️
Had Mom’s 100th Bday party and it turned into a COVID spreader. We are on day10 and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. We were shocked how many staff and residents a few sick. Please pray for swift healing....even mom has it! LOVED your video tonight. Just what I needed.
I Love your testimony and how you show and share the Love of God. Maybe someone may get saved by listening to you. God bless you and your family. I Love watching your videos. You are on the top of videos that I look forward to watching!
Please ignore or block the unkind comments. Those who follow you know why you do or don't talk about something. You have that right, this is your vlog. As for the unkind people who write those comments they should watch more and learn what kindness, family and faith are all about. You are a treasure Lynette.
Thank you for sharing your heart and reminding us of our hope in Christ! I think it's beautiful how the Lord has given you the opportunity to shine your light for Him on such a large platform and you don't hesitate. I always enjoy watching your videos..God bless!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on parenting. I have a 3 daughters ages 6, 3, & 2 and I have lately been challenged with the thought of how I respond to things going wrong is naturally what my children will think is the way to respond. I like to remind myself that I’m surrounded by dry sponges soaking up everything I do, say, or whatever.. thank you so much for your effort on this video!
Thank you for being honest about parenting! It can be so challenging sometimes and, as Christians, we want to show Jesus and honor God in all that we say and do. So thankful for His grace and mercy!
Your not preaching… your sharing. When your heart is heavy, burdened, or searching He will share with you and you will hear. Your day will be brighter and those daily loads lighter. Your such a good person Lynette, keep sharing and have a day full of sunshine!
I loved this video and how you shared about the book and your relationship with Jesus. The plants were really interesting too. I don't know how you are going to leave your rental. It is just beautiful!
The best way to parent is to model good behavior and to sit down and talk to your children on a daily basis. Show them that they can come to you for anything.
Thank you for sharing you heart today. You are such an encoragement to us all by reminding us that even when we fall short, Christ's unwavering love for us is always there.
I love your insights to the scriptures... I always eagerly listen to other peoples thoughts on the Holy words so that I can see God's word from another view point.
I wouldn't worry a bit about the "lip quiver". I think it's just the baby's nervous system just finishing development. (Not that you are worried). Beautiful family, just love watching your videos. My granddaughter is 9, it's wild how fast time flies!
lynette ..im struggling with my adult son who has estranged from our family and i struggle with God cause its been a year now and i know God works on his time but still i struggle ...parenting is hard at any age and hearing your podcast has given me hope that i am loved ny God even tho life has its rough roads..thanks for your help in this
Good evening from England Lynette , this was such exciting news to hear that you can get your house earlier , I’m so excited to see the update on your new home in future videos , your eye for design will be prefect for your new home ,thanks for sharing the update 😊
I so needed your encouraging words. My youngest is soon to be 31 and he is making some hurtful decisions right now and I’m struggling so much with it as we’ve always been very close. I wept as I was reminded that I need to love him right where he’s at, just as Jesus has always loved me right where I’m at. Thanks for “preaching” today. My heart needed it.
You are not preaching, it is like being at a bible study with friends , thank you for sharing . Parenting is hard and uncertain but, the greatest gift 🙏🙏❤️❤️
You are such an inspiration for me. You seem to be so calm in tough situation. I try to be positive in attitude which I get from you. So I am Thank You for that. God bless you an your whole family.
Thank you so much. My husband and I have had a really hard time having children. We lost our daughter in 2020 and I've had two miscarriages. We had our miracle baby in May and this is something that we have been praying about and talking about. I want to live my life in a way that will show our sweet Lavender Christ's love. I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing sometimes but God's grace and love are enough to carry me though. I'm going to buy that book and read it. I just don't want to fail my sweet girl, I want to to what God would have me to do. You encourage me! Thank you!
Im not a mom, but a middle-aged woman who is thankful for your posts. I like hearing what you are learning to enhance your parenting skills. You are a wise woman and very blessed.
Lynette, I am 60 years old and still trying to learn motherhood. My sons are in their mid 20s now. My one son depends on my husband more - and that's ok with me, as long as he gets the answers that will help him. I don't always say the right thing under certain circumstances. From the small part of your day that you share with us, I personally think your doing g a great job. If the book you're reading helps you out more, then great. Sometimes though, you also have to drpend on instinct and intuition.❤️
One thing I told my children when they turned 13 was “You can have great teen years or you can have miserable teen years - the choice is yours. You know the rules, follow them and you will have great teen years. Push the “fences” and your teen years will be more turbulent.” My four oldest have had fairly happy teen years. We’re still waiting on our youngest (10) to get there.🙂
you encourage me in every way, so very motivating to see you very busy..lol i feel like a lazy personand am very happy i found your blog. thank you, have fun Momming, wifing and decorating today❤❤❤❤
Our Lord chose “you” today to deliver His message of Love. Thank YOU for doing so, so beautifully. The words from scripture about God’s love for us, His mercy on us, and the grace given to us when we follow His teachings coupled with this video of tending to plants, how to make them grow…with attention given, having patience, nurturing and feeding…not a coincidence how the Holy Spirit works! Great Job, Teacher; teach her/teaching all that watched this video, how apparent it is - when we accept God’s love, and not-to-end, when we share that love to others, family and friends and ourselves, and all things God blesses us to acquire to call our own! Home-making, home-cooking, home-gardening, home-sharing ~ The Good News of Christ! 🥰👍❤️👏🏻
Preaching the Gospel…best video yet! So sweet. Pressed but not crushed. Reminds me God wants me to be aware that I don’t have it figured out so I will be in complete dependence of Him, daily.
So excited to see what the Lord brings to you and your family you always bring such peace I enjoy your videos and I learn a lot from your channel God bless you 😊
Please give yourself some GRACE darling!!!! You’re an amazing mom… being a parent is not a cookie cutter ‘position’… YOU change and adapt as your blessings go thru their stages of childhood. Children require the basics & as long as you follow thru with unconditional love & understanding you’re guaranteed to have healthy, happy & kind children. 😍🥰😘I hope this will be of encouragement to you!!!
If you area looking for a book on understanding better the love of God, which is most perfectly shown through the gospel, I recommend Counsel from the Cross. My husband and I are currently in gospel-centered counseling and this book has been so impactful. And yes- it overflows into parenting decisions as well!
That was beautiful, Lynette. Thank you for sharing the scriptures and your love of God. Your beautiful inside and out and I enjoy your channel and family so much. Excited about the new house and following your journey.
Thank you for sharing the clear message of the Gospel! Even as believers, we need to preach the Gospel to ourselves daily. And thanks for the book recommendation. I’m right there with you.
Regarding parenting, I'd say just trust your instincts. No one knows what they are doing with parenting. We just do the best we can. I have 2 daughters, 50 and 47 now, and I can say that it wasn't easy for a lfew years. I was a single parent from when they were 5 and 2. I worked full time as well. You always worry about everything, but you survive. I have a wonderful relationship with both of them for which I'm thankful.
Good preaching, Lynette! God’s love is so big and so endlessly wonderful it’s hard for our little brains to take it all in! You are not alone, that’s for sure! Love you Sister, Glynny from upstate NY
Thank you Lynette 🙏❤️ I needed this video today . I’m Going through some big life changes and anxiety has been stealing my joy. Listening to you today really helped me remember I need to put my trust in God. You are such a great friend, even if I’ve never met you 😘🇨🇦
I really enjoy you and your videos. You are a great Mom…I remember feeling overwhelmed when my third baby was born. He is now 40. Your faith and Gods love will give you strength, He knows your hearts desire about parenting and is walking with you every moment. I was raising kids while being controlled and abused by my husband and the only way I got through it was determination fueled by my faith. I look forward to the next time you post, it is like having a visit from a friend.🌸
Lynette:) I discovered your videos just a few weeks ago…..I was actually searching for a Baked Steak recipe and you popped up! Wow! How refreshing! You are delightful and genuine and just an inspiration! I so appreciated your comments, and every word was truth:) Your love for your family is evident and you are definitely blessed to have each other. It is not easy…..motherhood……we can only give it our best and pray for wisdom and guidance. He never fails us and will equip us with ALL we need to care for these babies he has entrusted to us……mine are 34 (son), 32 (daughter), and 28 (daughter)…..I can’t believe it!…..but they still need us….parenting never actually stops♥️ You will really enjoy the relationship that you get to develop with them as they become adults…..it’s so precious!! My husband (just celebrated our 40th anniversary in July) and I decided that I’d stay at home with my kids when I was expecting our first….not what I had planned. I had gone to school for 7 years to prepare for a career and, while pregnant, realized that being with them full-time was what was best for our family. Time flew by at lightning speed and it became crystal clear that it was just a wonderful decision! You and your dear husband model Christ’s love and love for each other. That’s just too rare in our world today, and it’s a blessing that you have a tremendous platform to share what a committed Christian mom even looks like today in the climate we live in. You go about your tasks with joy……we can see that. We live just north of Indianapolis, but I was from Rochester NY with many family members still there, and have made a zillion trips thru OH. I have always loved Holmes County! My husband has search fun stops for us along our travels, and Walnut Creek was one of them……love love love it. I currently live very close to a small Amish grocery store in the country……I am a weekly customer!……and they carry a HUGE supply of Walnut Creek products. I have been a fan of their products for more than 12 years:) I hope your transition into your new home goes smoothly…..I am certain it will be lovely and I look forward to your sharing it with us (when YOU are ready to do so!:) )I am excited for you! I enjoy your baking videos…..keep ‘em coming:) Food/Cooking/Baking/Cookbooks are my absolute passion……super helpful because they always seem to be hungry! The result was…..all of my children are incredible cooks……I did at least ONE thing well….OH! And they love Jesus!! Have a wonderful weekend Lynette!
I am home recuperating from knee surgery. The passages you read were heartfelt. Filled with love and encouragement. Thank you for sharing your day with us Lynette.
Thank you for your testimony Lynette! You never know who is needing this at the time in their life! This world today we need Jesus Christ in our lives and I am thankful I know him in my personal life! We have no instructions for babies but we do the best we can and with the Lord’s help. Be Blessed as you are a blessing!!!❤
Thank you Jesus that I am saved by Grace and not works! I really love how honest and open you are with us, sometimes bloggers paint a picture perfect life that’s not attainable! I appreciate you!💕💕💕
Thanks for the words of inspiration. My children are older than you but those words still triggered a response in my spirit. “He is not limited by me.” 💝🙏🏻
It's such a good message to remember how much God loves us. I think that from time to time we all try to win favour with God, but living to please him because we love him is truly the response that brings lasting peace. Mothers spend much of their lives trying to make others happy. We'll have some successes and some failures but God can work his will through them all. We can trust him with our lives and with the lives of our families. Thank you for sharing.
Lynette, this is one of my favorite videos that you have done. I loved the spiritual part and long to hear more of that. Sometimes we can feel so alone in this life, even though there are so many others who are out there serving the Lord and facing their own battles. The enemy can convince us that we are the only ones going through things. I don't think you sounded preachy at all. Your words were edifying and much needed. So, thank you. I thought of you this past weekend because we went to Troyer's and I found some Walnut Grove items! I was surprised at their low prices. We also got some wonderful Amish butter cheese and several other things. And their coffee bar is aMAZing! My husband said it was the best frozen coffee he has ever had! Little Harper is SO sweet. She was so precious as she looked up at you while you were talking! May God bless you and give you all you need during these difficult busy seasons of life.
Thank you for sharing from your heart. Never apologize for sharing your faith. Our works don't save us but give testimony to our hearts. The girls look like they're thriving. You're doing a great job
Aww So much great information, from motherhood, to homemaking, to plants, to decor to fashion, all in one video, love your channel wish I found you 35 yrs ago 💖 I pray God continues to bless you and gives you lots and lots more wisdom in every area of you life! 👏🏻🙏🏼😇
Lynette, thank you for sharing your heart. Your preaching has encouraged me so much as I watched your video. You are doing a wonderful job!! Keep moving forward and His grace is sufficient each day. 🥰🌷
Happy birthday, Caden! 🎂 I know what you mean....my oldest grandson turned 14 this summer and just started high school...don't know where the time goes! Can't wait to see your new home and the upgrades you're going to do! God loves us unconditionally...Praise His Holy Name!!! No one is worthy, but Jesus made us worthy!
That dress is so pretty. Those bowls are very nice looking. Enjoy seeing all of your lovely plants. I named my pathos Rapunzel because she was over 25 feet long. Really appreciate you sharing the Word. We all need to be lifting each other up in prayer more now than ever. God bless you and your sweet family.
Thanks for this Pastor Bryant on Farming Pastors wife said we should not be afraid to say your faith and how we feel to our friends and family. You all have helped with this fir be. Your kids are fine. I am not a mom but mom y mom once told me all a parent can do is let your kids know you love them teach them the things they need to know to guide them through life teach them morals and that hard work pays off and definitely teach them the way of the Lord and that should help guide them through life… my week will be good if I have a safe trip home from Illinois tomorrow. Heavy rain is called for which is not fun to drive in

Good evening from England Lynette , this was such exciting news to hear that you can get your house earlier , I’m so excited to see the update on your new home in future videos , your eye for design will be prefect for your new home ,thanks for sharing the update 😊
I so appreciate the spiritual words of encouragement - it just adds so much to my devotional time. God is using you to anoint sisters.
You go girl.I love listening to your heart. God is good.
That thought is so very humbling….amen
Can't wait to watch you renovate and decorate your new home.
I enjoy EVERYTHING you share from his word to cooking thrifting or just sharing your day and beautiful family! Thank you!🙏💕
Lynette, I am 60 years old and still trying to learn motherhood.
You are such a blessing 🙏💕👍😊
Thank you for this video ❤️
God bless you and your family 🙏💕
Thank you I enjoyed your scripture reading
Hi Lynnette love your videos
Don't Stop your videos
They have helped me a lot
God Bless you❤
Thank you so much for the devotional portion. I needed that this morning! ❤️
I'm a Grandma and I love watching you living & loving your family. Thanks for sharing your heart! Blessings!
Preaching the Gospel…best video yet! So sweet. Pressed but not crushed. Reminds me God wants me to be aware that I don’t have it figured out so I will be in complete dependence of Him, daily.
So excited to see what the Lord brings to you and your family you always bring such peace I enjoy your videos and I learn a lot from your channel God bless you 😊
Those girls are growing so quickly. Beautiful family.
Oh all of those plants are beautiful 😍
If you area looking for a book on understanding better the love of God, which is most perfectly shown through the gospel, I recommend Counsel from the Cross. My husband and I are currently in gospel-centered counseling and this book has been so impactful. And yes- it overflows into parenting decisions as well!
I enjoyed hearing your talk I am also a Christian love watching your videos
That was beautiful, Lynette. Thank you for
sharing the scriptures and your love of God.
Your beautiful inside and out and I enjoy
your channel and family so much. Excited about the new
house and following your journey.
Love you Sister,
Glynny from upstate NY
Thank you Lynette 🙏❤️ I needed this video today . I’m Going through some big life changes and anxiety has been stealing my joy. Listening to you today really helped me remember I need to put my trust in God. You are such a great friend, even if I’ve never met you 😘🇨🇦
You are an inspiration, Lynette!
LYNETTE I AM SO SO EXCITED FOR YOUR FOREVER HOME!!!!!! I LOVE TO WATCH YOU DECORATE!!!
@@williamwoods8765 Sorry, do I know you?
I have been a fan of their products for more than 12 years:)
I hope your transition into your new home goes smoothly…..I am certain it will be lovely and I look forward to your sharing it with us (when YOU are ready to do so!:) )I am excited for you!
👌🏽 thank you for sharing that!!!
I am home recuperating from knee surgery. The passages you read were heartfelt. Filled with love and encouragement. Thank you for sharing your day with us Lynette.
As much as I'm able to see. You are doing a fantastic job momma 😊
Hi Lynette
I appreciated the ministry of His Love.
I needed to hear this truth...
Just exactly what I needed to hear tonight. Thank you! ❤️
Oakland looks exactly like you she is so cute so is the other little one Harper you certainly are blessed God bless your whole family
“He is not limited by me.” 💝🙏🏻
Loved this style video Lynette! I wish I had a green thumb.....I really should give some house plants a try. ☺
Thanks for the encouragement! It's a blessing to hear you share your love for Jesus !🙌 .. we are saved by grace thru faith ! Amen ❤️
You find the cutest dresses.
Thank you for sharing the verses. You have a beautiful family. You both are doing a good job. There will be mistakes, but the Lord will guide you. ❤️
Mine turned 9 in March and that's the exact thought i had today. I pray I will be ready for the teenage years.
Thank you for sharing from your heart. Never apologize for sharing your faith. Our works don't save us but give testimony to our hearts. The girls look like they're thriving. You're doing a great job
Thank you for reading the bible verse for us , I needed that today ❤️
Aww So much great information, from motherhood, to homemaking, to plants, to decor to fashion, all in one video, love your channel wish I found you 35 yrs ago 💖 I pray God continues to bless you and gives you lots and lots more wisdom in every area of you life! 👏🏻🙏🏼😇
Lynette, thank you for sharing your heart. Your preaching has encouraged me so much as I watched your video. You are doing a wonderful job!! Keep moving forward and His grace is sufficient each day. 🥰🌷
Happy birthday, Caden! 🎂 I know what you mean....my oldest grandson turned 14
this summer and just started high school...don't know where the time goes!
Can't wait to see your new home and the upgrades you're going to do!
God loves us unconditionally...Praise His Holy Name!!! No one is worthy, but Jesus
made us worthy!
😃
I appreciate you sharing your faith and I too understand the struggle. Thank you.
