I like the original look of the modern cameras so much, that I think wrapping up all this beauty in some matte plastic make gear look as a cheap toy I understand that everyone has their own taste btw, but still I don't like this trend. I understand putting a phone in case, because it can really survive a drop on the ground with it. But if a camera falls on the ground it will almost die immediately, so why not to keep the camera in its "true form"?))
yeah, he sells those though, In my opinion I also think it looks like shit, maybe it makes sense in an old camera that's flaking, but on a a7r that has a magnesium body is just plain stupid
Depend what wraps you use is like clothes, some clothes purposely made look like vintage, some purposely made look fun and Not industrial machine , more like toy is Cool to Match the Style of the owner
I prefer my camera to look like cheap toy because 1) it will be less intimidating for my subject as people will get nervous when they see camera pointing at them and 2) prevent thief to target your gear
When I'm looking for used cameras...or phones in the market, i immediately skip skin wrapped ones because i always immediately think there's something wrong underneath..like a crack, dent or something....its just me though.
Ah yes the IKEA effect, another terminology to define things that were already defined. How about we call that "being proud" like humans have for generations.
I think of the times I used tape on things, and it always turns out bad. Wraps will chip and peel and leave sticky scum on your camera. Don't do it, to your car either.
@@AB_223 it could be one day, then i have to deal with the shitty wrap and sticky adhesive, because ITS HAPPENED BEFORE OMG MAGIC WORLD i don't care if its an A7 or a Bugatti, wrapping instead of actually painting or dying or producing it that colour is stupid, temporary and wasteful, just a fad i cant wait till its over, its just lasting longer than most honestly, RANDOM stickers is better than wrapping, wrapping shit just looks tacky 99.9% of the time

Some wildlife photographers may also want the scrape protection and especially camouflage aspect, but who knows
@@journaladventurerThat's why I've a protection both for the camera and lense I'm using in wildlife.

Nice colour got me thinking
Love the message of the video 🍻 notice any peeling or anything with the wrap?
They can last for years without peeling.
Love the color.
Thinking of doing my Sony A7R V and my three lenses the Sony 70-200mm 2.8 ii and the Sony 200-600mm and the viltrox 16mm 1.8
does it reduce heat dissapation?
Do you guys also do old cameras? I have a Minolta X700 hah
Sana magkaroon din Ko nyan
Same, hanggang 600D nalang muna ako hahaha
Nope . Bro explaining why people put work into their stuffs just to sell his wrap .
Which leaves glue on the cameras in about 15 months .

Don't do it, to your car either.

You should see the fx3 in this color.
How much dose it cost
Can you wrap phones?
Why would I want to do this?
Греться будет сильнее
