I was in prison with a guy that had a " LICENSE " for a full-auto sear on a Mac10. The Mac10 he had came with a closed bolt, and was converted to fire FA from a closed bolt, but the rate-of-fire was not to his liking, and he converted it to open-bolt, and even with a FA license, he was still found guilty of illegal modifications of a firearm, and sent off!
When you said MEK I was thinking back to when I was a plumber for Metal Building inc. and washed my hand with it. Then you said we used to wash it hands with it. Lol. Oh those toxic memories.
They do still make MEK and I would advise to never wash your hands in it. Triple glove in fact, or better yet, use PVC coated lab gloves because that shit will pass through normal thin nitrile and latex gloves in seconds.
I was one time made to clean up a damaged 1 gallon can of MEK paint that had spilled out inside the carton then oozed from the carton spilling out on the floor of a trailer when it came on to the inbound door to be unloaded. We were supposed to have two responders in the trailer wearing protective PPE and SCBA breathing apparatus. Being a new employee relatively speaking I was told to clean up the mess an to hurry. I asked for backup and was told she was on the way. Well twenty minutes later and still no show of help I finally was so worn out of getting a deep breath of air and going into the trailer to solidify the paint that I had a headache and wasn’t feeling well. I went to get the air tank to mask up with my manager was yelling at me to leave it be and clean up the mess. I snapped back that he should clean it up then without an air tank and he wouldn’t even go in trailer. I suited up and another half an hour I was finally done getting all the paint up from the floor and from the other cartons in trailer. Ended up being two of the four paint pails clips came unfastened from can and they were dented from being loaded roughly upside down in trailer. Spoke to coworker later and was irked she never helped out. Truth was the manager and supervisors never even called her. She wasn’t even busy at her station. Had I been properly informed of my rights as an employee and had known the authority the position actually held I could have shut down the entire operation and evacuated the surrounding area due to fumes alone. It was bad. It took a lot of letter writing and phone calls to finally get the compliance the employees who do the work now have and deserve. Sorry bout the ramble but corporations don’t care bout workers like they should. MEK is no joke. Nasty stuff.
The Vigneron is not only a combat tool but also a part of Belgian military history. With limited production numbers and a rich history, the Vigneron has become a sought-after collectible. Firearm enthusiasts often look for Vigneron models to add to their collections, appreciating both the historical value and uniqueness of this gun.

Mark. I'd live to see you make a semi auto akin to a sten in 12 gauge. Maybe closed bolt blowback semi Ugly as a step I think it would sell well and hey, there's heaps of mags you could use. Or my personal choice would be a rectangular steel tube stock size to run a single stack in for a mag. Even as a one off it'd look cool
Seems to me the bolt for a slam fire 12 gauge would have to be monstrously heavy, and a closed bolt version something like twice as heavy as that. Could be done of course, there was a slam fire 20 mm anti-tank rifle!
@wilhelmvonn9619 Yes but a gunsmith that might have a trigger group laying about so it could be closed bolt. Overall the weight wouldn't be that bad there are many semi 12 gauge around
I think a Sawzall motor operated bolt would make a cool gun. Obviously a cordless one. Or use a cordless 18V jigsaw to operate an AR bolt. Get rid of the gas tube, recoil spring and buffer, and just put a solid piece over the gas hole on the barrel.
I hate how they have to destroy it in order to sell it to us as a "parts kit".

Ouch, the parts kit market isn't what it used to be, almost $600 is pretty rough lol... cool project though
Mark. I'd live to see you make a semi auto akin to a sten in 12 gauge. Maybe closed bolt blowback semi
Ugly as a step I think it would sell well and hey, there's heaps of mags you could use.
I really need part 2 of the grease gun🔫 please Mark 😊
We use mek still. Not sure if its old product but still use it.
Specifically a cleaning rod with a "patch jig" on the end, for those unfamiliar.
And perhaps you were thinking of the Italian word for eggplant?
Thank you for your time.
Vigneron is french for winemaker. No idea who told you otherwise ^^
and to say the damn thing made the 80's in service
I think a Sawzall motor operated bolt would make a cool gun. Obviously a cordless one. Or use a cordless 18V jigsaw to operate an AR bolt. Get rid of the gas tube, recoil spring and buffer, and just put a solid piece over the gas hole on the barrel.
Appreciate the content
A vigneron is a person who grows grapes for a wine making. Where’d you get yours your translation from.
