Thanks for the video! I think I am going to try this, but with a small substitution. Instead of the Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper, I am going to use my seasoning which is "The Spice Lab Gourmet Spices" brand name and is their Salt Free Citrus & Dill Salmon Seafood Seasoning. Will try to remember to let you know how it turns out.

Oh god when he shoveled that fork through it and it made a "thud" on the plate... That salmon has the consistency of a baked potato

You are able to cook fish while it is frozen in the oven..... there are literally instructions on the back of the packaging saying so........

ZanesFacebook the way he did with the asparagus is wrong ,but the recipe is not bad for home cooking! I am not picky!

I really like your easy recipe for this dish - but I have a question about your MyFitniessPal info. You mentioned 8oz of salmon and it looked like about a dozen pieces or asparagus. You also used about 2 tbsp of Olive Oil. When I add those ingredient numbers to MFP I get 661 calories - how did you get 254 calories.

Just a different technique plus it helps the asparagus and salmon to cook at the same rate.
