Hi, I have 11 years of work experience in finance, accounts, audit, direct taxation and indirect taxation domain. As well as payroll. Worked in industries like BPO, Manufacturing, Construction and Advisory firm. My qualification is Postgraduation(B.Com and M.Com) Is there any possibility of getting a job in the big 4?

Hey Sagar, in audit I'd expect them to join as a Senior with 3yrs of experience under their belt.

Do Big 4 firms provide sponsorship for tier 2 work visa to graduate scheme employees?
Yes they do provide some sponsorships but I'd advise you look on their websites for the specific details. Hope this helps 😀
