That is not true. Just threw mine in and now i have to rewash because the pod outer shell didn't fully disolve and is stuck to my clothes. That never happened in my top load only the front loader @saturneditsss
Came here to comment the same thing 😂 half the time and I mean all the time I have to baby sit the machine to make sure the pods actually end up with the clothes and not stuck in the door, I put clothes over the top btw

Depends on your washer. Some washers sense the load by moving the drum before filling with water which could relocate the pod

You have hard water. Get a water filtration system

I put mine in the soap tray
They put a notice in my building for my neighbors to stop doing that because it leaves a slimy residue on the soap tray that’s very hard to clean off.

So it's completely random where the pod will end up when it starts to fill.
